Not even sure where yellow wonton ton wrappers come from but my overall thoughts are that everything on the buffet came from a frozen box of precooked and prepared dishes. Nothing tasted fresh. I'm a pho snob so I was a little surprised by how much I enjoyed the pho here. The broth was a little underwhelming at first, but once you add the chili oil and a touch of fish sauce, all of the flavors (the herbal essence and the beefy meatiness) came together beautifully. It hit the spot. I know it is a little short-sighted to rate this place according to just one dish, but it's what I have for you. That being said, my 4-star rating may change when I try other things on the menu the next time I come here. I normally like rating Thai restaurants by their green curry and pad thai -- so that is something to look forward to!! A few things that didn't really matter but they stood out. 1) They didn't bring out a plate of herbs for you to garnish your soup with.
