I had accepted the fact that I was probably headed for implants due to extensive gum loss and shifting teeth. In just three sessions, Dr. Rivera has completely restored my teeth and gum line, and I am amazed at how much he accomplished with minimal pain and in a short amount of time. I have been coming to this office since before Dr. Rivera took over the practice, and I must say that his staff is among the kindest and most efficient groups of people I've encountered in a dental office. Dr. Rivera believes in restoring what's there before replacing it. His staff is kind and has never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for the state of my oral health. I've had a fear of dentists since I was a young child, and because of that, I've been inclined to put off going--and that almost got me into a heap of trouble. I am so grateful for his help! If you have been putting off visiting the dentist because you're ashamed or afraid, I highly recommend giving his office a call!

I was not able to put pressure on the tooth without experiencing a sharp pain. Eating was unpleasant. :( He said what would most likely fix the problem would be to get a root canal. He referred me to Potter so I went. Potter checked it out and gave me some options. Wait or get the root canal. It could fix the problem or it wouldn't. I was very reluctant to proceed with any procedure considering I was having trouble chewing from the last one! After much deliberation, I had a root canal done. Eating is life and I wanted to do it comfortably. The experience was pleasant considering the circumstances. The staff was great. Potter was gentle. He didn't hurt me, not even when he injected me. I wasn't even that sore afterwards. They did a great job and the best part is it doesn't hurt when I chew anymore. I can eat in peace again. Thanks Dr. Potter.

I can not give all the details of this nightmare here. It would take up to much space!

I just wanted my teeth cleaned and they refused unless I paid the extra $200 out of pocket for the deep clean. Why even give me the choice if you're going to remove one of the choices anyways?
