In just three sessions, Dr. Rivera has completely restored my teeth and gum line, and I am amazed at how much he accomplished with minimal pain and in a short amount of time. I have been coming to this office since before Dr. Rivera took over the practice, and I must say that his staff is among the kindest and most efficient groups of people I've encountered in a dental office. Dr. Rivera believes in restoring what's there before replacing it. His staff is kind and has never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for the state of my oral health. After they examine my mouth, they got me into this room with this other guy in finance and got a loan for $2000 and then they proceeded to charge every procedure that they wanted to do to me to this charge account without having done the work first and I get a $2000 bill and then synchrony bank, which is with PayPal. I had to call them and tell them that these people were creating fraud by charging me for work they've never done. The way they handle things when they pulled my jaw tooth. I have osteoporosis. He gave me a shot and that was it then yanked it out even though I was telling him it was hurting, pulled it out and they proceeded to tell me how I needed an implant.
