The scan was done quickly and I sat in a waiting room for the next hour. At 2:55 I asked a nurse if they could give me any info needed and set an appt for the procedure. I wasn't angry; just factual. I simply told the assistant that I had been waiting for an hour and a half and needed to get back to my workplace. Dr. Carter overheard me and sarcastically said, "An hour and a half, huh? Well you can just go then." I said, "Excuse me?" He simply repeated what he said only more hostile. I replied that I thought I was only coming in for a scan and consultation and didn't expect to be in all afternoon." He replied, "Fine then. You can leave now." So I left. I didn't reply in anger - just stunned at his aggression. I wasn't initially upset or even complaining; I just needed to go if the Dr wasn't ready but he obviously was at that very moment and proceeded to be hateful with no compassion or empathy whatsoever. I would not wish this angry overly-self important man on anyone. I wasted almost 2 hours to be treated like dirt and will now probably have to drive to Houston to have the procedure which I will gladly do rather than ever deal with that odious jerk. P.S. The staff were all very sweet and helpful and I've been told the other doc in the office is actually a nice person unlike Carter.

I was not able to put pressure on the tooth without experiencing a sharp pain. Eating was unpleasant. :( He said what would most likely fix the problem would be to get a root canal. He referred me to Potter so I went. Potter checked it out and gave me some options. Wait or get the root canal. It could fix the problem or it wouldn't. I was very reluctant to proceed with any procedure considering I was having trouble chewing from the last one! After much deliberation, I had a root canal done. Eating is life and I wanted to do it comfortably. The experience was pleasant considering the circumstances. The staff was great. Potter was gentle. He didn't hurt me, not even when he injected me. I wasn't even that sore afterwards. They did a great job and the best part is it doesn't hurt when I chew anymore. I can eat in peace again. Thanks Dr. Potter.

He was extremely impersonal despite explaining why I was there, dental experiences and what I needed done. After the extraction he called for a follow up that evening and it went downhill rather fast. When I asked for information on what to do post op about getting an implant and further planning he immediately shut me down and said it would cost 5k for an implant and even more for a crown in a manner that suggested I could not afford it. It was as if he was trying to talk me out of getting further care as he continued to tell me how expensive everything was. It felt extremely presumptuous and inappropriate to assume I have no funds for my care. I will not be returning here.

I was called back for x rays and examination. I was moved to another room where two woman tried to sale me on procedures I did not come there for. They said they would have to use some special laser because my teeth were bad. I was scared into the over priced procedure from there tactics. I paid cash. They performed the cleaning in less then 20 minutes. It was rushed because the dental assistant was hungry she said. The cleaning was terrible. She didn't even clean all my teeth. I know this because I dont get any numbing shots. I could feel everything. My teeth looked the same. I ended up getting an infection the following week. I was not happy with service , pricing , or attitude of Aspen dental. I received another bill asking for an additional 539.00 dollars after I paid cash for my over priced subpar service. I will be filing a law suit against this company. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL!!!!!!! WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!

After they examine my mouth, they got me into this room with this other guy in finance and got a loan for $2000 and then they proceeded to charge every procedure that they wanted to do to me to this charge account without having done the work first and I get a $2000 bill and then synchrony bank, which is with PayPal. I had to call them and tell them that these people were creating fraud by charging me for work they've never done. The way they handle things when they pulled my jaw tooth. I have osteoporosis. He gave me a shot and that was it then yanked it out even though I was telling him it was hurting, pulled it out and they proceeded to tell me how I needed an implant. When the other doctor that was there told me I couldn't get an implant because I have osteoporosis.. they treated dental care charge account that they created for me like it was their own personal account. Then the Doctor who pulled my tooth sent a padded bill to my insurance company.
