He referred me to Potter so I went. Potter checked it out and gave me some options. Wait or get the root canal. It could fix the problem or it wouldn't. I was very reluctant to proceed with any procedure considering I was having trouble chewing from the last one! After much deliberation, I had a root canal done. Eating is life and I wanted to do it comfortably. The experience was pleasant considering the circumstances. The staff was great. Potter was gentle. He didn't hurt me, not even when he injected me. After they examine my mouth, they got me into this room with this other guy in finance and got a loan for $2000 and then they proceeded to charge every procedure that they wanted to do to me to this charge account without having done the work first and I get a $2000 bill and then synchrony bank, which is with PayPal. I had to call them and tell them that these people were creating fraud by charging me for work they've never done. The way they handle things when they pulled my jaw tooth. I have osteoporosis. He gave me a shot and that was it then yanked it out even though I was telling him it was hurting, pulled it out and they proceeded to tell me how I needed an implant. When the other doctor that was there told me I couldn't get an implant because I have osteoporosis.. they treated dental care charge account that they created for me like it was their own personal account. Then the Doctor who pulled my tooth sent a padded bill to my insurance company.
