They had a world traveller hard case during Black Friday and what originally goes for $800 plus tax, I was able to snag for like $350 with tax. LEGIT A STEAL. (This size is massive and regular Tumi stores have to special order it because it's that big lol) I also snagged a laptop case and two luggage tags for a steall. My experience here has always been great. I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later. I really appreciate them shipping to a Tumi store to get all my pieces hot stamped, which they shipped complimentary.

The warranty not only applies to their luggage, but their wallets and stuff as well! We came in to make a warranty claim on a busted zipper. They said they'd honor the warranty, but asked for five dollars for 'shipping,' since the repairs would be made off-site. They've never done this before, and they relented and waived the fee when met with resistance over the policy. It's a good thing we weren't bringing in a giant suitcase! But, overall the clerks were helpful, and got the transaction covered quickly. This place is located in the north corner of the San Marcos Outlets, in the area that looks like San Marco Piazza in Venice.

It's really very nice. It was on 'sale', too. Complimentary monogram. I chose gunmetal to match the hardware. A dust bag comes with it. There is a metal plate on the inside with a number by which to register your bag. Also, a phone number is there for anyone to call should they find your bag and want to return it to you. I told the clerk that's a nice idea, but I don't see that happening. It was a great experience and I feel so good. I will treat it with a leather conditioner before I use it.
