They cook them to perfection with a slight crispy skin. The sauces are tasty and not heavy. I had a side of a baked potato and rice. The rice got a really nice aroma and the potato was moist and baked just right. I discover this place via a few friends who had been raving about this place. I wasn't so convinced at first until they decided to bring the chicken dish to my house. And now I'm hooked. For obvious reason, this is not an ideal location for vegans and vegetarians. ;-)
