If you are going through the same situation, please submit complaints. Call 311 and file a complaint against his business. You can also submit a complaint on the BBB website. If you paid using a debit/credit or wire transfer through Venmo/Zelle, you can call them to dispute the charge and file a complaint. Please pass this information to anyone you know that is going through the same issue. I am currently taking all steps necessary to receive a refund as he's refusing to give me my money back.
