Due to the pandemic, the wait turned into several months, but the delay was never communicated with me until I emailed the company. I've been living with the "repaired" air bed for five years now and my wife and I are wishing we had never gone this route. It would have been better to just start over with a new SleepNumber mattress. Yes, I saved money, but it wasn't worth it.

I had purchased an air bed repair kit from this place online. I received it and couldn't find any directions with the kit. So I decided to call and see if they could send me the directions since they probably just forgot them. This guy who answered the phone says that it doesn't come with directions. I tell him that it says it does on the website and he says it didn't and that he wasn't going to waste his time typing up directions and put them on the website and that it is easy and just starts rattling out directions. I stop him and say that I'm not near the bed and could I call him back when I am. No goodbye or anything, he just hangs up on me. Very odd. I give him the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident and also because I am at his mercy because I need my bed fixed ASAP. I checked the website again, and low and behold there it is in plain English that the directions are included in the kit. I call him back later when I am at the bed and he starts giving me the directions as if I was a repair man myself. Tell him to hold on so I could figure out what I'm doing and try to catch up because I am having a hard time understanding what we are doing. He gets short with me and tells me again the exact same way, which wasn't obvious and I tell him again to hold on for a second and he hangs up on me...again! Now I'm getting mad at this crappy customer service and I still don't know what I'm doing, so I stare at it and try to work it out for a bit. So, I call him again and say we must have gotten cut off (not) and ask him to continue, and he goes off and starts to berate me and tell me that there are YouTube videos that I should have already looked at and to stop wasting his time. So, he hangs up on me a third time!! I am fuming at this point because of this idiot that thinks everyone should be an expert at fixing these things like this with little to no help. What an ass! Nobody deserves to be treated like this!! The screen prints show his website with no reviews, shocking!! Also show where it says the directions are included, and then a sentence that I guess is supposed to be enough instruction to actually help you get anything done, let alone fixed. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Just unbelievable!
