I usually just go for essentials, but they have a pretty nice selection of handblown glass works of art as well as more utilitarian pieces. People here are always friendly, and while some aren't the most knowledgeable, it seems like they are quick to say when they don't know (which I appreciate) and look for information from other sources before pulling something out of their butts like some salespeople do. Their prices are pretty good too. I've noticed you can get some things a bit cheaper online, but you can't beat the convenience of having it right when you need it. Overall, I would knock them a point on product knowledge, but they mostly make up for it with their customer service.
