I purchased several parts back in 2020 during the pandemic. When placing the order it was my understanding that it would take a couple of weeks to receive the items. Due to the pandemic, the wait turned into several months, but the delay was never communicated with me until I emailed the company. I've been living with the "repaired" air bed for five years now and my wife and I are wishing we had never gone this route. I have never met a person this rude either in person nor over the phone in my entire life. There is no way that someone having the worst day of their entire life would treat someone like this. I had purchased an air bed repair kit from this place online. I received it and couldn't find any directions with the kit. So I decided to call and see if they could send me the directions since they probably just forgot them. This guy who answered the phone says that it doesn't come with directions. I tell him that it says it does on the website and he says it didn't and that he wasn't going to waste his time typing up directions and put them on the website and that it is easy and just starts rattling out directions. I stop him and say that I'm not near the bed and could I call him back when I am. No goodbye or anything, he just hangs up on me. Very odd. I give him the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident and also because I am at his mercy because I need my bed fixed ASAP. I checked the website again, and low and behold there it is in plain English that the directions are included in the kit. I call him back later when I am at the bed and he starts giving me the directions as if I was a repair man myself. Tell him to hold on so I could figure out what I'm doing and try to catch up because I am having a hard time understanding what we are doing. He gets short with me and tells me again the exact same way, which wasn't obvious and I tell him again to hold on for a second and he hangs up on me...again! Now I'm getting mad at this crappy customer service and I still don't know what I'm doing, so I stare at it and try to work it out for a bit. So, I call him again and say we must have gotten cut off (not) and ask him to continue, and he goes off and starts to berate me and tell me that there are YouTube videos that I should have already looked at and to stop wasting his time. So, he hangs up on me a third time!! I am fuming at this point because of this idiot that thinks everyone should be an expert at fixing these things like this with little to no help. What an ass! Nobody deserves to be treated like this!! The screen prints show his website with no reviews, shocking!! Also show where it says the directions are included, and then a sentence that I guess is supposed to be enough instruction to actually help you get anything done, let alone fixed. I had been trying to ignore the slow leak in the air chamber on my side of our sleep number bed. I looked on YouTube and found several excellent videos on performing a simple leak repair after following simple instructions for locating the leak. I haven't figured out where the leak is coming from and I thought he, being the expert, could give me some guidance. In fact, at the beginning he said he knew exactly what the problem was. But with further discussion that didn't seem like the solution. The conversation devolved from there with him accusing me of wasting 30 minutes of his time. Terrible service. Ordered a pump that was listed as "In Stock" back on 12/24/2020. In late Jan called and spoke with Brandon who stated the pump was on a ship and stated I should have the pump by the first or second week in February. Called him 2/15/2021 and Brandon now says the ship will arrive sometime next week and that he has been dealing with a snow storm, global pandemic and could not provide a delivery date. I requested a refund. He then told me to send him an email requesting a refund and I would have that refund in twenty minutes. Even today (2/15/2021) his website says the product (wireless pump) was "In Stock" which it isn't and acknowledge by Brandon. Beware of this scam company and person. Also note, Brandon does not respond to emails inquiring about when he will ship much less deliver a product. After spending $2,300.00 and not receiving all my order I wish I had read yelp reviews before being taken. Brandon sent no instructions and of course parts did not match up. Calling him we were told to just cut a hole in the mattress for the hoses. Asking about where one foam insert and the middle divide foam were that I paid for in the bundle, his reply was they were not needed. So many things wrong and uncomfortable. We used old parts of our original sleep number to help, then an old egg foam mattress cut to fit inside the 10 inch mattress and help with the unsent bladder foam divider finally a "My Pillow" mattress cover. This brought the mattress to a livable use. The only real helpful parts were the foam railings even though they don't fit exact. I got taken and will never hear from this con artist. Stay far far FAR away from this retailer. I spent nearly $2000 to get a California king cover and replacement foam set. It took a few weeks before it was shipped out with no communication that it would take this long (which isn't a huge deal). I received my order and took my bed apart and started to build the new one. At this point I find that 1 of the 2 2" foam pads was missing from my order. I then had to deconstruct the new bed and put together my old bed again. I contacted the retailer and let him know that I was missing one of my foam pads from my order. After a week or so I receive the missing foam piece. I then start again tear down my old bed start putting together my new bed only to find the foam pad he sent was a standard king and not the California king I ordered. I once again had to put together my old bed once again. I then contact the retailer AGAIN to get ANOTHER foam pad the correct size. I finally receive the foam pad that is the correct size on the third try. Only to find out this pad has a large yellow stains on it. Obviously this is not the quality of the other materials I have already received. I send the retailer photos and his response is "Those are sun spots. It will all turn yellow." Do not order from this company. They do not review things before going out and are obviously using used product and not storing their product properly. This is the absolute worst company eve. TLDR- Didn't receive everything in my order and took two more shipments and a month to receive the missing part only to have the missing pad be yellow stained with who knows what. UPDATE: He has stated I have slandered him by stating facts and threated me with legal action if I did not remove my review from his FB page he then blocked me when I gave him my attorney's name who he can direct his threat of legal action to. read more

Brandon is the most rude, pushy per person I have every dealt with. I wanted to but a replacement air bed chamber from him. I expected him to be knowledgeable and helpful. But all I got was rude and pushy. Demands like: "What do you want! Are you going to buy something or just take my time"! I assured him that was going to buy an air chamber, but first needed to know what I needed. He blasted back that I could buy it on his website. But if it was that simple I would have just bought it on the website. I had questions I needed answered. He does not answer the phone, so I had to leave messages for him to call. I ordered an air chamber for my select number bed, after trying with 2 other orders recommended by Brandon to fix the problem and those solutions did not fix the problem. I own a California King size select number bed which has 2 air chambers, when my air chamber arrived, I was excited to have a nights sleep without having to fill the chamber during the night. But when I put it in the bed it was a full 11/2" thinner than the other chamber. I took pictures reached out to Brandon, asking if I got the wrong one and looking for a solution. His solution was buy another $270 air chamber, to which I said you are misrepresenting the product you are selling, to which he had no response. Brandon was both professional and helpful. Wife and I received an older sleep number bed passed down from my uncle. It was quite dirty. After an 1hr 45 minute phone call to sleep number I figured out what I needed to replace, and got a part number. No one sells these exact replacement parts. After a time of google search Brandon's site came up and I gave him a call. We ordered a mattress cover and two layers of foam. The mattress cover is bamboo and very cool to the touch. And for us certainly an upgrade. After getting it all together we found my wife's side sagging and called Brandon right up to see how to fix it and ordered a repair kit for now. After ordering the foam package and what I was led to believe was a 6" mattress top replacement that, you know, zips on the sleep number bed! Well i found out it's not after receiving it. It's a complete chamber shell which is fine if ordering the right size. After talking to Brandon I find out I can't return it to buy a larger size. So beware. His website was so misleading and I've noticed since that it has changed but is still not clear that it's not a zip on mattress top. My bed was only 8" so I expected the foam to be 4".also his picture in the ad shows two pieces of foam stacked , very misleading. Once I got the new cover and foam it was only 2" foam so there was now a gap. Called and he said that I miss measured and I was lying about what told me to order. We saved thousands of dollars over the cost of a Sleep Number Bed by going to Air Bed Pros and we have not regretted that decision for a moment! We love our bed and it's quality is next to none! If you read or hear Brandon's bio you will learn that he started out as a Select Number bed salesman. He started repairing their pumps on the side because he saw that once the warranty is over with Select Number you pretty much don't exist as a customer anymore to them. Because of the quality of the pumps in particular he decided to find a better manufacture. Then after he found that manufacture he opened a store selling and servicing them, even the best products have to be repaired sometimes. We have had one of their beds for almost 3 years. I personally can sleep on any bed except ones that are rock hard but my wife has suffered with a bad back for years and she loves it. I did recently have a problem with my pump. I had the option of sending it in under warranty to the manufacture or pay Brandon Fry a $100 service call charge. I felt it was worth the cost to be sure that was the problem. Brandon arrived a few minutes before he said he would. He promptly diagnosed that the air pump was the issue and replaced it with a new from his van!. I purchased a replacement power cord for my sleep number select comfort bed. The only good thing I have to say about this company, product, and the service is the shipping was fast. As you can see from the pictures I uploaded the plug is a completely different shape than the plug. The divots between the two prong spots on the pump are triangular whereas the cord is circular. I sent a very nice inquiry email asking if the wrong cord was sent and if I could return it due to the fact that it does not fit the pump. I was told returns are not allowed and to send pictures to support my claim...which was fine with me. I sent three pictures and a very clear video of me attempting to push the cord into the plug. Once I sent the pictures and video in this morning I got an email back saying the following: "Thanks for sending all of these pictures that confirm you have the correct power cord. Now, you need to Push the cord into the pump while holding the pump. Again, good morning, you will have to PUSH the plug into the pump! You surely don't think you pretending to push the plug in with one hand is sufficient to get the cord inside the pump?" To start, the original cord I had for the bed went in very smoothly. In fact, even cords you use to plug into the back of some speakers go in very smoothly (which was what I had been using before deciding to just purchase a new bed cord). Rather than just simply saying you need to put an extreme amount of effort to shove the cord in the pump I got this unwarranted and extremely rude response. In the meantime I had actually taken a knife, shaved down the indentations to match as close to the pump as possible and basically used all my weight to shove the cord in the plug since "returns are not allowed." My family owns a total of 5 sleep number beds which I am sure will need replacement parts at some point. Well, I have to say this is a very interesting person (Bradon). I ordered a simple female connection for my sleep number bed. The part showed up and it was the wrong size. I call to ask if I had ordered the wrong part and he proceeded to tell me that he had packed the shipment himself and the part was correct. Not sure of the size of the tubing I disassembled the bed to check again. It was the wrong size. I placed a second call to determine what mistake I had made and explained to me I had ordered a small. Avoid this misleading, unprofessional vendor. Brandon was OK when he was promoting his $30 hose leak repair kit, explaining that I should replace the hoses first before checking for mattress leaks. I purchased it and called to ask him how to use the kit for my particular Select Comfort model. First, his hoses are useless as they are only 6" long. Second, I asked him for suggestions on the best way to remove the hoses from the pump as the hoses are glued onto the male fittings. He asked me to send him photos. When he didn't respond, I called him back. He became very obnoxious, incoherent, repeating directions not related to my question. He told me he wouldn't help me correct the mess I made when I hadn't done anything yet. He said he doesn't sell longer hoses, to stop wasting his time and hung up. I called him back, he continued in his incoherent, obnoxious and accusatory tone and again hung up on me. This is clearly an unstable person, maybe under the influence. His videos and products might help your situation, but don't count on him to provide any professional assistance. If you need parts they are available from other vendors. For PVC/vinyl hoses and couplings usplastics.com has them at lower prices. The hose in his repair kit (which is what my bed uses) inside dia 3/8", outside dia 5/8", wall thickness 1/8". BTW, when he was promoting his kit on my first call, he told me to use the caps in the kit to eliminate leaking hoses as a cause. On my call today he said that's not the case. In 2016 I purchased components for an Eastern king and a Queen bed. My beds are sleep number and I needed to replace a bunch of parts due to mold. Brandon helped us with great replacement products for our two beds. I needed to build an additional Queen bed for our guest room, so I went with air bed pros based on my first experience with Brandon. I am so sad to have to say it was a huge mistake. I totally feel I have been robbed. What I paid for and what I received this time around is tantamount to robbery. I paid $600 for an empty shell of a mattress. I had my own piece of foam and my own select comfort air Chambers. He charged me another $300 for the rails that go inside and $300 for the air pump. He gave me a discount of about $300. I spent a total of $1048 for parts of a bed which included shipping. What I actually received compared to what I received in 2016.....well there is no comparison. I should not have paid more than $500 for what I received today. The air pump connections leak. There is a huge design flaw in the mattress cover. If I want to return anything I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee as well as more shipping costs. I don't know what happened, but this experience was a complete opposite from my first. He is not interested in making it right, instead he accused me of being rude. WARNING: Stay away from this business! He should get negative stars!! read more

As per most of the other reviews I found Brandon, the owner, to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I ordered a 10" mattress cover for a king size bed (for $500) and expected it to be a replacement for the old one I had. On my old bed there is a sheet of foam under the built-in stuffing in the mattress cover, so I expected the new cover to come with built-in stuffing. It came without stuffing and was pretty useless for me. Now, I may have misunderstood the pictures and information on the website, so I called Brandon to find out why the mattress was not an exact replacement of what I had, which is what I expected. Wow! What a response. This guy defines rudeness and aggression. After accusing me of trying to get something for nothing He tried to sell me a sheet of foam which I did not want, as $500 for a cover was already pretty expensive. I tried to explain that I thought the website was misleading. He would have none of it and became VERY defensive. I really couldn't believe what I was hearing. This guy has a major problem with people and should definitely not be running a business where he has to deal with others. I asked to return the mattress cover. OK, cost was a $125 "restocking fee" and cost of original shipping, $48, plus my cost to ship it back, $61. Total cost to return a $500 item was $234. The balance, $327, was returned to me. So for $234 I ended up with nothing. And, you know, it isn't the money which was bad enough. Dealing with Brandon really ruined a part of my day. The guy needs serious professional help. At one point he threatened me with "lawyers" if I posted a bad review. Unbelievable lack of civility. And I've read his responses to some of his negative reviews. They leave me cold. I did learn something from the experience. ALWAYS check the YELP reviews for a big purchase. Also, after doing additional research I found a mattress cover on Amazon with built-in stuffing that will work fine for less money, with a reasonable return policy. read more

After many years of service, the rubber portions of the air bladder mattresses in our airbed had become brittle and, as each of these two internal mattresses began to leak, we replaced them. Because the store where we had purchased the airbed was gone, I found what was then "AirBed Pros of St. Louis" on the internet. We replaced the first mattress about 3 years ago, and the second mattress 2 years ago. When the air bladder from our second purchase began to leak, my attempt to email the company came back as undeliverable; I then searched the internet and called the phone number for "AirBed Pros." Brandon answered and told me that this was the same company and that there was a full warranty on the mattresses for 3 years. Then it all went bad. My first red-flag came as Brandon immediately informed me that the warranty was void if there was mold on the mattress. I asked him why there would be mold on an air mattress? Brandon proceeded to explain that moisture could form inside the bed and this could cause leakage. I said I did not think there was any mold and that the first mattress we had previously purchased from him, which occupied the same bed, was not leaking. Brandon responded that he had fired his "Web guy" a year ago and had no previous business records. That odd statement did not give me confidence and, while our exchange was civil (Brandon speaks politely, if nothing else), it was hardly productive and often did not make much sense. He went on to say that he is just a small business and that the warranty was not his, but an unnamed manufacturer; yet we were first required to purchase a replacement from him and then send him our defective mattress for which the warranty might be honored by his mystery manufacturer. He said all of this was explained on his website. I told him candidly that, based on what he had said (I'm omitting his many other warranty voiding examples), he did not appear to stand behind his products and it sounded to me as though he was actually telling me to "get lost." When he began to repeat himself, I frankly asked if it was worth my time, effort, and expense to return his defective product? Brandon replied that he would not do business with me. Purchase a M236 hose connectors but they sent just the connectors. This is a misleading information on their website. I asked them nicely to send me just the hose and I'll pay for it because I already have the connector but they refused. They want me to buy the whole kit. They don't give considerations.
