I bought a Samsung washer & dryer, when they delivered it James (who was awesome) and Eric overcame a number of issues but they were successful. When I contacted them about 10 days later when using it for the first time, there was an issue. Kenny tracked down James and he was there to fix things in short order. When the fix turned out to be something more, he was back immediately and worked with the Samsung people to resolve the issue but remained long enough to make certain it was truly resolved. The issue was with Samsung's failure to notify the service people that when installing the new washer it required a pre-use program for the computer function. If I ever need a mattress again, I'll go back and I'll refer anyone I know to get their mattresses at Mattress Direct, specifically from Anne Marie.

Instead, I received a text less than 15 minutes before their arrival at 8:30 a.m. -- no consideration or proactive communication. They knew the day before that I was the second stop and could have easily notified me sooner. There was zero mention that someone had to be physically present at the property -- not in the store, not in the confirmation email, and not in any of the text messages. I even had a door code ready and was available by phone, but that wasn't acceptable to them either. The communication failures at every stage -- in-store, via text, and during delivery coordination -- were unacceptable. This will be the last time I purchase from Bob's. If you value clear communication and reliable delivery, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

They use text messages and e-mails that have contradictory delivery time frames. And the live chat person doesn't line up with the e-mail information either. They tried to deliver on a Saturday at 7am, when the email said after 8am. Then refused to come back in action known as a "Turn Around." Then despite requesting some time frame any day of the week between 8am and 5pm. The most recent info suggests they will try to deliver after 9pm on a weeknight. Ordered the couch a month ago, still don't have it.

We went to Macy's before to try them out but the sales staff was too pushy. After checking out a few at Preferred Mattress we picked out one we loved. It was placed in our bedroom later that day.
