Vainly searching for help to find an item and then rude service at deli counter…read more Searching for a sushi mat, I looked in vain for an associate, finally finding somone at the next Deli meat counter. It was 12:45 and the whole section of the store seemed empty of staff. The associate came back to the counter and there was only one other customer who seemed to be browsing the selections. I said, " I have a quick question " Do you have any sushi mats?" Her counter was just opposite a sushi supply section I had already searched. Despite this she said an abrupt "I don't know but she was here first" in a rude way. I was just looking to have a question answered and didn't think I should wait through a whole slicing meat order first. This person is not an asset to your business but you need to train your staff better and have a policy of asking staff to contact a floor person to come and help when necessary rather than rudely brushing them off. I left the store angry and highly doubt I will be back despite holding credit and loyalty cards from Superstore.

The staff are like family as they help you with your order and remember you and greet you and quick service on top of all that. Friendly staff here all around and very helpful to all your needs. I HATE walking in to any store and being bombarded by the cosmetic counter people. And just about every Shopper's out there has their higher end, cosmetic counters right inside the entrance. I get this is likely a strategic sales move, but for me it annoys me. I dig their Optimum points program. Finally a program that is worth being part of. I find their service is consistently blah. On the first floor you'll find the huge cosmetics section (my personal fave), cleaning supplies, cashiers and the grocery section. If you're looking for cosmetics this is the best place to come for huge selection - they have a huge beauty boutique (Chanel! Urban Decay! Clinique!) and a good amount of affordable cosmetics too. Their NYX section is pretty great, though I still find myself popping between here and Lawton's as their stock varies quite a bit between the two. Upstairs you will find the pharmacy, seasonal goodies (mmm chocolates), hair care, cold and flu medications - the rest of the things you'd expect to find in a drugstore. This pharmacy is the best one I've ever been to - the staff are very helpful and caring, they explain anything you may need to know and I never feel rushed if I have questions.

Pharmacists working July 23 evening lied to me multiple times and would not fill a prescription as promised, flip flopping between what seemed like made up reasons for a simple prescription not being filled. Pharmacists said at 2 times the order was ready for pickup, to which I went for pick up and simply had my time wasted, not to mention was treated as if we hadn't spoken multiple times and with a very bad attitude. Hard to believe how bad the service is here.
