Her internal bleeding went undiagnosed for about eight hours despite glaring signs. Once imaging was finally ordered and active internal bleeding was confirmed, surgery was delayed for roughly seven more hours. In the meantime, the doctor ordered mass blood transfusion in an improper way that worsened her condition instead of stabilizing her, while failing to move the central line that was improperly placed and that the radiologist recommended be repositioned. HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter. Because she was 25, unmarried, and had no children, Florida's 'Free Kill' law strategically blocked me from pursuing legal recourse to ensure the hospital and its physicians are held accountable so the harm does not continue. It was not too hard, but not easy either. I just stayed relaxed and tried to do the best I could. The language was Pakistani language. Zahra was the internet. She was very nice and polite. Ernie and I both received a small compensation gift card from the San Marco Publix. Ernie's card was loaded. I tried to load mine and even though it was sealed-had zero dollars. Some fraudulent person already used the card. I hope they catch them. I filed a claim and after investigation-I should receive my money. I did not like the long crazy drive to Orange Park, Fl at all. The building was nice, had plenty of seats all around. Outside had a wonderful memorial for military to show support. I always appreciate this. They had picnic tables outside. Vending machines inside. Pros:nice place to see doctors Cons:too far from my home, but great for those who live close by. Recommend? Yes

They give you this very nice tablet to do all new patient information in. Also you make a payment on the very same tablet. The receptionist was so amazing, friendly, informative, cute and very helpful. The nurse was very nice and friendly Dr. Moore was very magnificent with his wonderful bedside mannor. He was very informative, very nice, easy to talk to and he listened to me.. really listened to what i had to say and is currently helping to find the right diagnosis. While there he contacted the docters hecwas referring me to and get this.. they will call me to set up the appointments. I've never had that done before usually the doctor or receptionist hands you business cards for doctor referrals. I loved this place Even the gentleman that works in the lab was wonderful. Again very charismatic, friendly, informative, helpful and funny. The way they all cared about the patients and were all so funny and talkative. This for sure will be our new family doctor. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Robert Koe. I'd seen his wife (Dr. Antoinette Koe) two weeks…read moreprior, and they require you to alternate between them. On my one visit with him, he was so overbearing and insensitive (refusing to allow me to ask questions, asking me questions and answering them himself, yelling over me when I tried to talk to him, and repeating things that I'd already told him his wife discussed with me two weeks ago) that I ended up walking out of the appointment. He followed me down the hall and into the lobby, yelling information from my medical records at me (for all to hear). I politely asked him to stop violating my privacy by doing so, and he continued. I asked the receptionist to mail my test results to me and could barely hear her response for his standing beside me yelling in my ear the entire time.

All I can say is that i've been sober for almost two years and a large part of it was due to Mr Kurtz, period. Per his contract with FEDERAL BLUE CROSS he is to only charge me a $10 copay (NOT the total of $14 he tried). He then asked why don't I have cash on me. Any other fees he is to negotiate into his contract and bill my insurance. He then tried to do gaslighting to me and my step son saying "well I wish I could be the one to help you" That is absolute BULLPUCKEY - he is a narcissistic individual that is only in it for him self. He can't even respect a person enough to freign concern with using it as a back handed slap. I called my insurance and reported him and demanded his file be sent to the ethics review panel and have his contract stripped from him.
