Then, when I went to retrieve my firearm it was given to me disassembled in a Ziploc bag. And they tried to make me sign some kind of waiver. That didn't happen either. Rude, and unprofessional. On the phone before coming in I was told the gunsmith would need to see the gun to give an estimate, so I brought it in. In the shop I was told that I would get a phone call to give me an estimate when he got a chance to look over it. They never called to give an estimate. When I dropped my gun off I also left the new sights that I'd bought online. They came in a bag with all the tools and manuals with them. This bag - and my old sights - were thrown away. I also have posted before and after pictures of the damage done to the slide during the process. Overall for paying over $130, I expected better results and service.

The handgun selection is used as well, and from what I gathered, decently priced. The store also carries ammunition, and various military surplus type items. All this sounds good on paper.. But, upon visiting, the storefront is messy and disorganized, and the staff (the owner?) is about as unhelpful and abusive as it gets. I spent a few minutes inside the small store and was never offered any assistance on anything I was looking at, nor were my questions answered with anything but a gruff "Yes" or "No". I'd skip this place.
