I went into Charlies and was a little skeptical. It had cases of jewelry and watches, but I didn't see a work area. A young lady came out and met me, I showed her the watch told her the problem she said, "it needs a new capacitor". I knew I was in the right place. They even got it fixed faster than they said, I recommend them if you need to have a watch or clock repaired. In fact I will be bringing some old clocks in need of repair! Chris W.

They went above and beyond to help my wife and me with her ring, and you could immediately tell this wasn't just about making a sale or completing a repair. They truly cared about us, understood how meaningful the ring was to our family, and treated it like it was their own. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness they showed us is something you just don't find very often anymore. My wife walked away incredibly happy, and that alone means the world to me. If you're looking for someone you can trust with something precious and sentimental, I wholeheartedly recommend Charlie's Watch Repair. We are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us. 10/10 -- absolutely amazing people and an amazing experience!

Avoid Coles Custom Upholstery Unless You Enjoy Waiting Forever and Being Lied To…read more If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not bring your furniture to Coles Custom Upholstery. We brought in our leather ottoman for a simple repair back in late March 2025. They gave us an estimate of 8 to 10 weeks. It is now October 11th, and the most they've managed to do is strip it down to the frame, toss the leather into a heap of scraps, and let it sit there untouched for over a month. Each time I followed up, I was given the same tired line: "It'll be ready next week." That line came from the owner's husband, who apparently does the actual repairs. Spoiler alert: a week would pass, I'd stop by, and nothing--literally nothing--had changed. Rinse and repeat this frustrating cycle for months. To make matters worse, when I finally called to get a straight answer, the owner was rude and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing them by checking in on the ottoman they've held hostage for over half a year. Excuses included everything from "my guy's out" to "my guy quit," but at a certain point, it stops being bad luck and becomes just plain bad business. If you're considering this place, consider this instead: your furniture might never get repaired, and you'll be met with broken promises, disrespect, and months of wasted time. Find a professional who values your business--because Coles clearly doesn't.
