So looked up this place and it got the best reviews in my area and I had a very pleasant experience here. It was clean, staff was pleasant, and machines worked well. I will say that they posted that they were having an issue with their hot water lines so some of their machines were cold water only on the cycles but they were clearly labeled and had plenty of signs explaining what was going on and that they were working on it. Here was the price break down: Top loaders: 3.75 Front loaders: 6.75 + 1.00 extra for "super rinse" Dryers: .25 for 5 min any temp Mega loaders - not sure, just said "Time left" and a slot for quarters Soap Center - 1.50 each There's a kid's area, a snack machine, change machines take 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, and an ATM. Also a couple of arcade games. Staff does not have change but they do offer a wash and fold service on site if interested.

First of all, I was impressed by the quick turnaround on dry cleaning all the items. Also, the quality of dry cleaning was phenomenal. My daughter's satin dress was full of stains and they got everyone out! Then when I went to pick up my clothes the lady mentioned that she found money, $100 in the suit pocket. She gave back the $100 and when I tried to give her a $20 tip for her honesty, she refused to take it. I told her that she has my word that I will back for all my dry cleaning. Heartbroken by the lack of care and customer service…read more I have been a loyal customer here for a long time, choosing to support this local business "no matter what." Unfortunately, that ended today. I brought in a brand-new silk scarf from a local boutique. I specifically asked if they could handle the delicate material and was told yes. The service cost $60--more than I even paid for the item on sale--but I was happy to pay for professional work. When I picked it up, the silk was ruined; it "clumps" and no longer drapes. When I returned to ask for help, the owner was dismissive, put the item directly under a steamer without a protective cloth, and when I asked for a partial refund or discount due to the damage, he told me: "Not my problem." As someone dealing with a recent chronic diagnosis, this scarf was a rare treat for myself. To be treated with such zero empathy and zero accountability is unacceptable and, just sad.
