Here and gone in less than 90 minutes. By contrast, our neighbor had a BIG redwood trimmed last summer that was right next to our fence. The tree guy just let the branches fly and they BURIED bushes and trees and other plants on our side of the fence and he didn't even come and get rid of them! He left them there for us to deal with! Besides hiring this company, I made the mistake of going into my garage and not monitoring their work. When I did check out their progress, I was shocked at what they had done to my trees. To say they had butchered them would be a compliment. They had not come close to following my instructions. I was so infuriated that I couldn't say a word because I knew the only thing that would come out of my mouth would be profanity. Shortly afterwards, I called the company and requested to speak to Matt. I was advised that he was not there and the female who I spoke to asked if she could assist me. I explained what had happened to her and requested she have Matt call me. She advised me that she would and asked me to send her photos of the trees. This all took place approximately one month ago and I am still waiting for Matt or someone else to contact me. When Matt came out to give me the estimate, he also provided a business card identifying himself as a retired Navy pilot. To achieve that position, I would think that he had completed the Naval Academy and learned many things regarding having character and taking responsibility for his actions. We've noticed that our roof and panels were just as dirty and asked if Andre and his crew could hop over to our house when they had finished next door. He said they could, gave me a quick quote, were cleaning my panels and roof about 30-minutes later. The cleaning took about two hours and the difference was mind blowing! See my pictures, but they cleaned out two dead pigeons, what looked like a small mountain of bird poop, and brought my panels back to a sparkling shine! They also added bird fencing to my panels and all the nooks and crannies to avoid the birds going someplace else. He charged me $450 for everything, which I thought was a steal. Andre services pretty much all of the Northern Central Valley including Madera. His crew was polite and cleaned up all of the mess they blew off the roof. They serviced my roofing, cleaned the gutters, installed spikes (pigeon control), cleaned the solar panel and placed barriers for pest (pigeons) and power washed the area around my home which had a lot of droppings.
