If they didn't want the job, they should have been upfront and told me instead of completely stopping communication with me. Several weeks later we are calling to see if they still want to do the job and we had to chase them down to finish the work, but they stopped and said that they found mold. We had two other contractors come in and do mold tests and found nothing. Seeing this, we cancelled our contract with them. The job was not completed, we paid half upfront which was more than half the job they did, and now they are wanting hundreds of extra dollars for a job incomplete. Stay away from this company. They are charlatans.

When we got the itemized list of things they cleaned there was over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of things they DID NOT clean. They claimed they'd shampooed carpet in rooms they didn't even enter. Not only did this company attempt to charge Tachi Tribe 31k for a small fire, when asked about it they quickly reduced the price down to 21k which is still RIDICULOUS for what they did. Not to mention it took them 2 whole months of coming in and out of my home to finish the job! We had to call them back several times to fix things they damaged, and they stole a pan from my kitchen. They claimed they'd didn't take it but I've searched high and low and was never able to locate the skillet they supposedly put back. Please beware this company and if you have used them, ask for a list of everything they did and make sure to double and triple check it because they will try to scam you! There's still smoke damage all over my walls that I have to repaint myself because they never finished.
