Several weeks later we are calling to see if they still want to do the job and we had to chase them down to finish the work, but they stopped and said that they found mold. We had two other contractors come in and do mold tests and found nothing. Seeing this, we cancelled our contract with them. The job was not completed, we paid half upfront which was more than half the job they did, and now they are wanting hundreds of extra dollars for a job incomplete. Stay away from this company. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.
