Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

He was very familiar with the Schluter that was used to install. He got the waterproofing done the first day, had the leak test overnight and tiled the next day. After inquiring with numerous cleaning businesses on Yelp, I noticed how responsive and professional Henry, from Maria's Cleaning, was and quickly received a quote from them of $280 for a whole house deep cleaning. For reference, the house is roughly 1,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fast forward to the day of the house cleaning, Gala, our cleaner, was scheduled to arrive at 1:30PM. However, 1:30 came and went but no one showed up. We waited 5-10 minutes before I reached out and asked if anything was wrong. In fairness, Henry responded quickly and said there was an "unforeseen delay" and that she would be over in 5-10 minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed and still no one. Gala didn't arrive until shortly after 2:30PM, almost an hour after the scheduled time. Gala arrived and we helped her with her many cleaning supplies/equipment into the house, and she got right to work. She started with the bedrooms, and worked her way towards the front of the house. One slight problem was that Gala doesn't speak the best English and when my Mom asked her to focus on certain parts of the house, we weren't quite sure she understood us. However, she forged through and methodically went through the house. Gala probably didn't finish until close to 10PM, however, after she left we noticed a lot of missed areas, dusty corners/ceilings/walls, and some areas completely untouched. Honestly, we were surprised only one cleaner was sent as it felt more like a 2+ person job and as Maria's Cleaning wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I did have higher expectations for their services with a fee close to $300. Some of the super cheap places out there (often on coupon sites) make everything an upsell once they get in your door, while some big names charge really high prices, so it was nice to find B&V was an honest company with fair prices. We got most of the simple furniture out of the way, and off they went. They even went over a couple high traffic areas twice, focusing on providing results and good service. They had a few dozen squares for furniture to sit on while the carpet dried, and the carpet was about as dry as any other service we have tried before...not too damp, but out carpet just seems to suck up and hold water regardless. Overall excellent service, a fair price, arrived just a little earlier than our appointment time, and did a great job.
