Doug did an outstanding job with our poor, neglected carpet. It had over a decade of wear and tear from cats and humans. While the finished result wasn't perfect, it was certainly better than expected -- a night and day difference. On top of that, Doug was punctual, friendly, informative, and very easy to work with. He came out for a review and gave me a quote the same day. We had him clean the living room carpet (shown in the pictures) and the upstairs bedroom and hallway. He really took his time, too. DO NOT BOOK THEM! I scheduled an appointment for last Sunday, and my experience was frustrating from the start. The technician arrived late and then attempted to cancel my appointment. When he finally arrived, he quoted me a price that was completely different from what I was initially given. Despite sending photos of the stains, my carpets remained dirty after the cleaning. The manager was unprofessional and seemed more interested in extracting more money from me than in resolving the issue. After a frustrating back-and-forth, he offered to send the technician back, but I wouldn't want them in my home again. I'd rather pay a bit more for better results and professionalism elsewhere. read more

I would highly recommend King's Carpet Cleaning! Quick to answer calls and the quality of work is top notch.

Shows up 1.5hr late with no communication and when he finally shows up tells me the quote I received over the phone for 400sqft of carpet ($130) would be $250 if I wanted shampoo and not just water... And if I wanted pet odors gone, it would be $400!! Needless to say the carpet stunk like dog pee afterwards. Cannot recommend. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I think 1 star is GENEROUS. Worker showed up in a dilapidated truck that was unmarked. The carpets were left wet and the whole time performing services tried to upsell me and my family. I think because we refused additional services he tried to upsell he did a really poor job. Carpets STILL two weeks later smell as if they had never been cleaned. Overall a really poor experience and charged extra because we did not want to zelle him and wanted to pay by card. Take this as your warning and do not utilize Kings services. Horrible experience and definitely would not recommend their service to anyone. read more

We order this service because we have a mother in law that is allergic to cats. We had our living room, dinning room, hallway and sectional cleaned by this service. Our sectional looks great but I decided to use my Dyson on only the hallway and was extremely disappointed. It was simply like there was nothing done, a Dyson got more dirt out of the carpet then the carpet cleaner. Will post pics read more

We have used King's carpet cleaning in the past and they did a wonderful job. We had new carpet installed about two years ago. I had a question regarding a part of the carpet and Doug came out and fixed my problem. We had Kings Carpet clean our carpets today and they look wonderful. They moved furniture so we didn't have to.
