Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.

We worked with the owner to come up with something that had a little bit of Hawaii and a little bit of New Jersey in it as we had already celebrated in Hawaii with my family and we're now, post Covid, celebrating with his family in New Jersey. The saddest part about the experience is how my dear friend was treated when voicing her concerns. She was gaslit and told she should have come to look at the flowers (when not given that option), and was told she signed off on the list of flowers so there was nothing that could have been done and she should have been more clear. When I contacted the site I ordered it from, they refunded the equivalent to the delivery fee.
