The ADT security system was not used as agreed, the house was left UNLOCKED and we only found this out by chance. The FURNACE was turned off during the coldest winter leading to $3000 in burst pipes with no responsibility taken by the agent -- "you can file a police report and I can give you a list of the agents who showed the house but none of THEM turned off the furnace" -- like if they didn't, I'm sure by mistake, who did!!??? Sharon was just unhelpful, uncommunicative and not very respectful in general. I am very disappointed with our experience.
