I have extensive water damage on my inside walls thanks to problems with my 105 year old chimney. Rhonda was so easy to talk to on the phone. They gave me a detailed breakdown of what I needed done, including the minimum I could do, plus what I really "should do". Because I wasn't able to be at Home that day, I texted Kalym and asked if he could call me separately so that I didn't have to use my husband as the middleman to explain everything to me. He very kindly called me and went through it all with me which I really appreciated. I will continue to use them for ALL things chimney related.
