The real problem is that while painting my upstairs bathroom they put towelettes into the toilet and clogged it resulting in a overflow through the ceiling into my 1st floor. They were playing the music so loudly they did not hear the toilet water running! Tried to blame it on plumbing, but basically admitted in text messages to putting the towelettes into the toilet! Claim to be GL insured, but refuse to give binder info. Now not showing up to repair the damages. Next step court. (BTW I believe they generate their own reviews on here.) We checked on this business on Yelp and they were responsive and immediately contacted us. They…read moreprovided us a quote after we sent photos of work we needed. They showed up on time. They started out ok and got the job somewhat done. We needed installation of a vanity and building a garage cabinet. Additionally we needed some bins moved upstairs and furniture moved away from the wall and I sent them pictures of paint touch up and repair of corner bead in wall and paint front door side panels. We were charged 3 1/2 hours for the bins furniture moving and painting (took an hour). We were unable to get paint for the front door panels so could not do the work. The vanity finish work was horrible so we asked that they come back and correct it. They also came back to add a strap to the garage cabinet for security. The first time they left quickly and did not take everything upstairs, but at this point in time we just wanted them to come back and correct the vanity issue. The supervisor acted like we were being unreasonable. So they came back sort of fix the vanity and we got the bill. They charged the same amount of money like if they had done all the work. After back and forth he gave us a "discount " as if they were doing us a favor.

They came in and covered all of our furniture before painting, moved anything they needed to out of their way and put things back as if they were never moved. They even carefully took pictures off walls and replaced once the paint dried. And I have never had workmen come into my home and leave it cleaner than it was before they started. I was truly amazed at how spotless they left my house. They also used circulation fans to air out the home. I told Taylor that I am sensitive to smells and get migraines easily and they did an amazing job of airing it out. The paint they recommended is very high quality and wipes clean easily. Their precision is unbeatable. I am admittedly hard to please and have truly never had a better experience with a painting company. My beach home looks brand new. I even asked them to hang a few extra pictures on the walls for me and help me with a few other odd jobs and they were more than happy to help.
