Paid for 7 hours and luckily I have security cameras because she was working for less than 3 hours. I got a text saying my house was dirty than expected and that she needed more time when my house is extremely clean I just needed a few things touched up because I'm selling it and moving out. They used to be good, and I used to look forward to them coming. I had posted a positive review on Google with my initial service and was with them for a few years. However, over the last few months service and communication has gone considerably down to the point that I have cancelled my service. Over the last few months they have: 1) Left my house with sticky floors. 2) Left the bathtub in the master bathroom dirty. 3) Decided to charge a pet fee out of the blue after I had been with them for a few years and the dog had been there the whole time. 4) Left dirty dishes in the sink after cleaning them previously, because the new policy states they don't clean dishes. 5) Messaged an old number (which I did not reply to) and charged me for more than I booked for a deep clean after I specifically requested that they get my consent before going over 4 hours for a deep clean. 6) Failed to book the recurring monthly cleanings I requested after #5, and then called me and tell me there would be additional charges because I ended up scheduling the monthlies on my own after I realized they hadn't. No notifications went out for these changes in policy, and even though I notified them of my concerns on #3-#6 they didn't offer to make it right or even act like they cared about my concerns. This is the first cleaning service I've ever had to cancel for bad service in the 20+ years I've used this type of service. read more

I was need for move-out cleaning services and used the Yelp app for quotes. Initially, I was impressed with Eloise's cleaning responsiveness and found the price quote to be reasonable. I came in town for a very short period of time and appreciated Eloise's cleaning fitting me into the schedule. Bottom line. Date of scheduled service the cleaning crew didn't show. I waited an hour longer than the allotted time frame they gave me. I texted, called and no response. Somebody called me the NEXT day and said "sorry". Unacceptable. read more

They will mess up and charge you for it. My apartment complex hired a team to come and do a move in clean for me and they were quick and spectacular, I figured I might as well use them to do my deep clean of my common area/downstairs of a duplex. After going back and fourth via email I was told it was at minimum 4 hours of labor time for a deep clean, you cannot get any less even though my house did not require that downstairs, and I agreed and scheduled. In the comments I made on my initial booking and verbally to the cleaner I said I wanted 4 hours maximum and that when she is finished with the main floor to come upstairs and do the rooms up here. That did not happen as she decided to sneak out early without even checking in. My entire house shakes when the doors are closed and I only noticed when it 11:20-11:30 that she had left early when she was supposed to stay until 12:10. So I missed out on the required hour of cleaning and I have had cleaners before, none of them just sneak out they usually say thank you or even send a text that they are leaving let alone close a door and more their equipment out so softly. On top of that, multiple steps on the checklist were forgotten - the baseboards merely dusted when they should have been detailed and dirty counters were the first things I noticed, but realized under the cushions weren't clean and the house simply did not smell like anyone had cleaned anything. Not to mention, I had an entire floor she could have cleaned with the remaining time. I reached out to complain and was sent a new team to fix the job and assumed finish the time as the initial cleaner left early. The clean to fix it did wonderful, but I was charged for them coming. I was not made aware they were not completing the time rather fixing what was not originally clean, so a few days later I received a charge for another hour of cleaning. When I called to have this reversed it began as there was two of them and there was 3 labor hours, I did not ask for a team to be sent to me and I figured they were finishing the time that I initially paid for. Then it became I had them clean the two bedrooms upstairs, well of course I did since I had remaining time. I asked for a refund for the last hour where the cleaner left, the same charge amount that it was to have them re-clean. They told me they would speak to the owner and call me the next day, but 48 business hours later I have yet to hear anything. Bottom Line - They are a hit or miss in the cleaners, but their customer service and time limits are ridiculous. My downstairs did not take one professional cleaner three hours to clean especially for as poorly as it was done. read more

Despite all the other positive reviews, I had a horrible experience with this company from cleaner, to the cleaning, to the customer service. If you do end up hiring them, make sure you read the terms of service and know what both parties have agreed to. I scheduled a deep cleaning for a ~900sqft house, which they suggest 4 hours and I allotted up to 5, saying I'd be fine with going over if needed for a good clean. The cleaner came, worked his way through house, and I mostly stayed out of his way checking in once or twice to see if he needed anything. He came to me at the end and said that he was done, took his stuff, and left. Everything seemed to be tided up, aside from just throwing all the trash into a pile on my deck. I looked inside the fridge, which I asked to be cleaned when I booked and he said he would get at the end, to find that it was not done. I then started taking a closer look at the work to find many things left undone, baseboards, furniture, tops of cabinets, ect. It also turned out that he skipped one of the rooms entirely, aside from some small organizing. I then went to the website, took a screenshot of the list they have for what is done for a deep clean. I then marked it up with all the things done and not done (18/58 items not done, and many of the ones that were, weren't done at a high quality). I then e-mail this to their support, who then tries to get me to pay to get additional people to come finish the job their employee said was done. Also, they said they I was going to be charged 4 hours since that was their minimum. I then took a screenshot of their terms of service, which says 3 hours is the minimum. They then say that the cleaner was there for 3.5 hours, which seemed not right to me. I ask for his clock in and clock out, which was 3.25. After some phone calls and more e-mails of them trying to get me to pay them more money for someone to come finish their own job, I sent the direct wording of their 100% guarantee, again in the TOS, which says they'll people at no charge to finish anything that wasn't done on their list. Eventually they did offer to honor their agreement, or give me a discount on the work done, however it took 6 emails and 3 phone calls to get there. read more

Eloise's Cleaning Services are about as good as it gets when it comes to a cleaning company. Nathan and Lacy are true professionals. They came out to actually see our home prior to our first appt and I was able to customize our service to fit our needs and get a custom quote. Nathan and Lacy actually came to the house themselves for our first cleaning session and now we are on a bi-weekly appt. with the same person each time. We've worked with many cleaning companies in past and always had issues with late arrivals, multiple teams in and out without knowing who's really in the house, etc. The Eloise's team is always punctual and you always know who is coming in advance thanks to their appt. reminder emails. You will not find a nicer owned company than Eloise! Nathan and Lacy are seriously the nicest business owners ever. They emailed me during the hurricane to make sure I was ok. They really are amazing people. However, the services... They do a great job, but things get missed. I have hired them twice and unfortunately things have gotten missed each time. Not a huge deal, but also a little disappointing. Breaks my heart to have to switch companies, because I love Nathan and Lacy so much! read more
