Above and beyond! I took my dog there because my regular vet was closed. My guy was lethargic and…read morenot himself. Turns out he was running a fever and of course it was Friday. Dr Barlow gave him IV antibiotics and suggested I leave him hospitalized. On Saturday he was doing a bit better and Dr Barlow suggested he stay the weekend to continue treatment. But not in a cage at the office, but she TOOK HIM HOME so he would be more comfortable in a home environment and with her three dogs. Wow! That's dedication and compassion. I'm so glad they were open and available for my fur baby when I needed help.

I cannot even begin to say how grateful and appreciative I am of Mortons Animal Clinic…read more Where do I begin? # 1 The clinic is open 7 days a week !!! ( go ahead and blink your eyes a few times, yes you're reading correctly) #2 Daily hours are from 7 am to 10pm ( yes go ahead and rub your eyes and re read !) #3 I'm emergency , you can almost always call and the same day, and they will schedule an appointment for your animal to come in. ( yes you can display the suprise eyes) #4 Are you sitting down ? ..........,,,,,,,,..... ...................THEY CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS DURING AFTER HOURS !!!!!! ( face plant X 2 ) WHAT!!!!!! It is beyond me how anyone could actually get upset with this clinic with all the devotion, kindness, and hard work they put in daily. When you have someone take the time such as they do, you need to understand there will be days where it's backed up, there will be days that they might forget something, and there will be days that things are not running 100%. For those that are unhappy and complaining , why don't you just go to a regular vet that charges exuberant fees after 5 PM or takes a month to make an appointment for your animal, maybe you would do better there? Dr Morton and his staff are the kindest, most knowledgeable people I have ever met running a veterinarian establishment. I can honestly say they genuinely care! Dr Morton and staff, I appreciate all you guys do to help our treasured babies. Bless and thank you all .

Bring a lunch because you'll be waiting a looooong time. I tried using the online chat with Emily,…read morebut the response time was terrible. I got an email confirming a 4 PM appointment, and Emily, the same person from the phone and chat, told me to bring Manny a GSD in. At 4 PM, they took us to a room where we spoke to a tech, who said someone would be with us shortly. She came back to look at him and asked if we wanted an X-ray for $175 (still no vet yet) or a physical from the doctor. We chose the physical, and she said the doctor would be in soon. By 5:21, she returned to apologize, saying there's only one doctor for 10 rooms. Can you say greed? We turned around and left. The waiting room still had 10 people trying to get into one of those rooms. I don't care how many doctors or rooms you have; that's your problem. If they told me to be there at 1 AM, I'd be on time. I'd heard good things in the past, which is why I chose this place, but now that they're in the big new building, their service is going downhill. Word will get around, just like in other reviews I've seen. Terrible service!
