In addition to the windows, Renewal by Anderson installed two doors, one entry door featuring two sidelights another in the garage. The garage one requires a repair which is scheduled to be done very soon. RBA quickly responded with a date regarding the garage door. That impressed us. Renewal by Anderson's communication was great from the initial order to the final installation. My husband and I highly recommend RBA. I had estimated in 2015. Then in 2025. Prices have gone up for special order doors and windows. Yet, that's life. Windows around $3000 to $5,000 Two sizes of Doors between $10,000 and $24,000 for doors with sidelights. In 2015 it was a lot lower. I compared in 2025 several companies. Example: the replacement for 1 window was $2,500 with no warentee and quality. I went with Andersons for quality and warentee!

When we went into the showroom to tell them it was the wrong color, we were told it would be another 3 months for the correct one to come in. Our contractor had other jobs that he needed to get to, so it was going to be more than 3 months before he could get back to our site. We did not want to have our bathroom incomplete for that long so felt we had no choice but to accept this color that we did not choose. They did give us a whopping $300.00 off. Mind you, they would have had to spend a LOT more to replace it. The install took over a week! We already had a second bathroom that liberty was supposed to do. When they "completed" it, we found out that they did not include a topper for the shower on this install although they had on the first shower. Of course they could order one for us for yet more money, unfortunately we didn't feel like we had a choice if we wanted it to look right. Although a third of the size this install also took over a week. I had 2 friends who have been over & wanted to get their bathrooms redone. I have told them to go with ANYONE other than liberty. Jacuzzi was maybe a thousand dollars higher, and I really wish we had gone with them or anyone else. Also, the person they have answering the phone (Brenda) is not of any help. She is JUST there to take your money & your calls. She has no helpful information on your install.

When a passerby in a gas station commented Jordan is the most trustable guy I knew that moment I had hired the right people! I have used this company two times. Once toyy repair a leaking bay window which they did a fabulous…read morejob on. They took out the interior wall. Sealed the leak. Applied some mold control and paint to the soiled surface that apparently had been leaking a while. And repaired the wall leaving it in better condition than originally. Second time I hired them to replace the kitchen window with a larger casement window and replace the bay windows with two side casement windows. They did a great job on the window install but I was disappointed with the finish work on the interior window trim. Although the estimate originally said painting the trim was extra they agreed that the work was not up to their standards. They immediately sent out a new crew to finish the job properly to our complete satisfaction. Yes I would recommend them. You will like doing work with Jordan the job estimator and supervisor. Very soft sell and easy to work with.
