After waiting 4 weeks (expected) I received a…read morecall saying the glass was broke, and that it would be another 4 weeks before I could get the glass. After the 4 weeks I wasn't called. So I called them, a woman representing the business told me I would have to wait 3 additional weeks because several people had quit from the Springfield location so they were sending someone for Jefferson City. I expressed to her that this did not work with my timeline. I was already behind due to the glass breaking. I told the same woman representing your business that I did not feel comfortable paying full amount. The woman assured me someone would call back, and discuss payment. I never received a call. I followed up weekly. Every time I called I was assured "someone will call you". I Never got a call from anyone until it was time for install. I asked AGAIN during scheduling the install. She assured me someone would call. By the time the installer came the total time had been 14 weeks. I had to inform the installer that no one had called me back by the time he got there! I even told him about how I had called and requested someone call me back. I asked him to have someone call me. After he left we tested the shower and the door leaks. Two days later I received a call from a regional sales rep. I expressed my concerns. He understood and said that communication had been in an issue in the Springfield location. We came to an agreement to take $200 off the price, and someone would come fix the leak. I posted a review on Facebook expressing my frustrations with the way this company had handled communication. The photo shows the reply I received. Basically saying it's my fault. I thought my conversation with the sales guy went well and I thought he heard me, but this reply showed me once again the complete lack of communication and professionalism of this company. I flip houses and heavily rely on reviews on who to do business with. I do not recommend this company.

All of them required that we bring the cabinet to them or that they'd just cut the glass, not install it. He was able to come out to our house the same day we called. The whole thing took 15-20 minutes. He was quick, efficient, reasonably priced and did an amazing job! Would totally recommend! I hope we don't ever have another situation where we need his services, but if we do, All Glass will definitely be the FIRST place we call!

This place is fantastic! It was my first time visiting a glass store in person and I was like a…read morekid in a candy store. Prior to this I bought online only. On your way here you will feel like it's going to be on a farm.. but really it is a business on a corner in a rural area just about 10 minutes outside Springfield. It's a big size with a few stained glass pieces of art for sale, but mostly it's sheets of fantastic wonderful glorious glass and lots of supplies. They don't have every color I wanted such as a bright hot pink and some good yellows, but those can be hard to find anywhere... They have reasonable prices and were willing to cut down any colors you need. They have lots of pretty artglass as well. They have some big name glass such as Bullseye and many other types. They have a sale scrap bin which did have some great pieces if you dig down deep... It is $1 per pound for scrap. They also have a 25% off sheet bin that had some great colors. They wrapped the glass nicely to be sure it wont break in transit. They have several employees and we're very helpful. It was pure joy and of course I spent over my budget.. I cannot wait to go back which I am sure I will over and over again now that I found this store.
