I have been part of the KA family for the past 13 years. My 3 children have experienced prek, elementary and middle school curriculum, teachers, bible classes, and environment and each of them have been amazing and a blessing to my family. My oldest son is now in high school and thankfully to Kingdom Academy's curriculum he has already done most of the high school graduation requirements such as 2 years foreign language, online courses, and honor classes. I see my oldest son succeed in his new high school without any problem, thankfully to the time and knowledge that KA has invested in him during elementary and middle school years. I highly recommend this school, they will help the students grow spiritually, academically and socially and make them feel loved. read more

My kids attended this school. It was a great experience. My oldest daughter was there for 4 years and my youngest daughter for a year. We moved to Pembroke Pines because we were looking for a family oriented neighborhood to raise our kids. We love were we live now, but the only thing we really missed from living in kendall is this school. It is AMAZING !! The school is beautiful, the teaches are great and caring, This is a real school not a day care in a shopping center. I disagree with other reviews, the price is great. You can not beat this price for what you get. Others schools are a lot more expensive and are really bad. In the area is the only good thing. There is a waiting list. There is a reason for that!!! If you love your kids you should definitively consider this school. read more

This school is amazing and my family is so blessed to have found it! My child has been there since pre-k4, now in 2nd grade. The excitement to go to school everyday is so comforting. The teachers are well educated and everyone is family oriented! This school is worth every penny. I highly recommend Kingdom Academy. Amazing program, very demanding, with great results. The staff is professional and the teachers are fun and engaging. The one thing I appreciate the most is the constant communication. My children's teachers are accessible via email, and the school portal is an easy way to be informed. At the beginning of the school year, I had the opportunity to participate in two workshops that helped me understand the curriculum. I only wish they had a high school program so that my kids never have to leave Kingdom Academy. I love the school. read more

I felt so welcomed at Kingdom Academy during the tour that I knew this was the place to leave my daughter. On the first day the teachers were so loving not only with my daughter but with me. Her teachers keep me informed daily of what she is learning and I love participating in all the activities and events they have for parents to be involved. Do not put your children in this school. Its horrible, its super expensive, and they don't let the child express themselves. My daughter which is supper expressive, happy, loving and talented came home on the third day of school saying that she didn't want to go to school anymore. I started noticing that she would come home sad and quite and when i asked her what was wrong she said the teacher put her on time out and that she was crying. I decided to take my daughter out of this school because, i felt that it was too old fashion example little girls can only wear a the dress uniform .. (what's wrong with shorts and pants for girls??), then they are so strict as to little girls can't even wear hair clips that have glitter they can only be the school colors, the students can't wear a jacket / sweater that they bought at example target because, they can only buy the school sweater that has the logo of course because, its 60 bucks for a sweater of a three old.. come on. Also, i found the staff at that school to be fake, not caring towards the students, and supper freaking rude. All they care about in that school is money. read more

I have a very outgoing 4 year old little girl who attended VPK 4. She seemed very apprehensive to go to this school in the mornings, she never quite adjusted and would complain of not being allowed to drink water when thirsty unless in the cafeteria ect. We ended up having a quite bitter experience with this school. It started after my daughter got sick once, and I kept her home for over a week. At her return, I was informed that I would be charged close to 200 dollars extra for her absence, this with a doctors note. I took her to school one morning while she seemed to be coming down with a cold. I asked to be called if during the day her condition got worst. I received no calls, but when I picked her up from school, she was clearly in very bad shape, she had a high fever, and expressed that she was very cold and had been trembling during nap time. She revealed to me that she had told her teachers before nap time that she was not feeling well and got dismissed; she was assured that I was coming. After that incident I decided to remove her from the school. I went down there to get her stuff and take care of whatever needed to be taken care of. Later on I received a call saying they had forgotten to give me attendance papers to sign, that I should come back to sign them. I did not feel that I should be rushed back to sign anything after I had just left. I got another call a few days later and at that point the lady threatened to send me to recollection if I did not come down there to sign their attendance paper, and that I would be charged more money for not signing. They were the ones responsible for not giving me that paper when I came down to sign my daughter out, and instead of trying to convenience me for their mistakes by faxing or mailing the paper, here they were trying to get extra money out of this situation, again. If you want my advice, I would stay away from this school, they are very unethical, unprofessional and money motivated, does not seem like they have your child's best interest at heart. read more

Have to agree with the other reviewer. Luckily, I took my child out before the school year even started. I registered my child for the vpk program which is supposed to be free. I am ok with uniform and school policies but when the first day approached and the requests and demands were out I was stunned! Specific shoe and jacket that cost a fortune or your child will be sent home. An extensive supply list that makes you feel you are supplying the staff not your child. And the worst part, they CHARGE you if your child is absent when it specifically states is the vpk handbook that its not allowed. They claim they can do so bc they are a private institution. I searched many schools (all privately owned and No one charges you. In fact they say they can't do that). There is also mandated volunteer hours or you will pay for it. I'm the first parent to volunteer but when they require it and its on their terms they cross the line. I decided to not even bother sending my preschooler there because all I want is a place where my child feels safe and happy and learn to express herself with other. I would not send an innocent child to some military boot camp style school. And worst yet, when I pulled my child out they said "parents who don't work don't care about their child's education and whether or not they go to school" (shocked)...they clearly proved what all other reviews here and other sites say "it's a fake smile" read more
