King Grey nearly ruined our wedding day. We scheduled King Grey to run three laps from pickups spots in Springfield to our wedding venue. After the first group boarded and say that was everyone, the driver took that as that was the whole wedding - and after dropping them off, he went home! We had 100 guests stranded at a hotel waiting on a bus that didn't come back. Neither the driver nor King Grey management provided a day of point of contact so we had no way of getting in touch. fortunately Michael's Limo (another nearly service) agreed to pick up the guests within the hour and saved the day. The worst part was that when I booked King Grey, they told me that other services in the area weren't "reliable". If only I knew they were talking about themselves! King Grey did refund me the full cost of the shuttle for the mistake (thus the second star) but I much rather would have had the wedding go as planned than have gone through this. read more

I booked with King Ward for a grade school field trip, and experienced great service. The staff are professionals, and respond promptly via fax, phone, and e-mail. Our driver was a professional - friendly and accommodating. The coach itself was immaculate upon boarding. The DVD player worked well, and the seats were comfortable with plenty of foot room. Wonderful shuttle company that we used for our wedding rehearsal night, and wedding day/late night drive to other hotel! So easy to do business with - Jim Cardaropoli was friendly, helpful, and flexible in setting this all up. Our shuttle driver Nathan was amazing- so patient and so fun and flexible with our timing and changes. Really appreciated on a crazy couple of days!! If you wonder are they worth it & little note they're not with the Trailways Transportation System but this hasn't in my book lost points or stars. If you do like a simple charter they'll pick you up as need-be & return you safely as well. Their Mohegan Sun trips are worth the money & you can even go as far as doing an over-the-phone purchase for a ticket too. Their retail tours clearly take Peter Pan Bus Lines in terms of options & what you get for the money in terms of worth whether be a gaming trip to RI, CT, NY & NJ or other retail tours you'll do excellent as well. And they got all sizes of coaches & even small buses too & can put the right touch of trips for all & yes I sense even youngsters won't be let down. read more

King Ward offers bus trips to Mohegan Sun casino from my town, Enfield. This past Friday the bus arrives on time and the driver tells the six folks waiting(me included) that the bus is full and sorry he has no more room. Amazing he got 45+ folks from the previous stops in Chicopee and West Springfield to fill the bus but what about us? King Ward could care less about us stranded at the station.(my son dropped me off on his way to work). I guess it was nice he at least stopped to tell us to prevent us from hanging around all morning. Just poor public relations I think. he knew when he left West Springfield the bus was full. Couldn't they have sent a smaller bus to pick up the Enfield crowd or figured something out? I guess they figure once the Springfield casino opens their ridership to Mohegan will dwindle. Thank goodness I had a neighbor to pick me up...no thanks to King Ward!! read more

Just tried to book a charter bus to go to Bright Nights through Peter Pan Bus Lines. Once I was shuffled through the phone cue to the correct person I was met with someone who obviously hates her job. I was looking for information and was told I needed to know what I wanted. Mid conversation I was put on hold with no warning, waited what felt like forever and ultimately hung up. Minutes later I called King Ward Coach Lines. Completely opposite experience! Was able to get answers to my questions and booked a bus. Shame on you Peter Pan Bus Lines. You have obviously lost touch with what made you and congrats to King Ward for remembering! read more
