We were SO EXCITED to go to Walt Disney World next week for the first time ever...but Hurricane Irma changed that! We decided to take this trip with our family & booked with Diane at Escapes For Everyone. She worked hard to find us a military rate and the best flights for us. In the meantime, she created a My Disney Experience account for us and made dining reservations for us at "hard to get locations". Wow! NOW, with the predicament that we were in, totally "took over" and got us new dates WITH THE MILITARY RATE and new flights. Unfortunately, the flight cost went up and we would have to pay more for them because Southwest's Hurricane policy only allowed for changing it to 14 days out from our original trip. I contacted Diane Kieras-Ciolkos when I got a "challenging budget" to utilize to attend a conference. I did not even think that it would be possible, but called Diane to see if she wanted to "step up" to the challenge. She did! We recently got back from a magical trip to Walt Disney World!!! It was the first time using Diane. I highly recommend them for a vacation They found a tremendous deal for us for Atlantis and they have a personal contact there that met us right when we arrived to Nassau and provided a better price than what Atlantis offered to shuttle us to the resort (and even stop at the grocery/package store along the way!) We stayed in the Coral Towers and it was perfect for us because we were right in the middle of everything. They added a nice touch by sending us a nice thank you gift to the room too! read more
