Today, while trying to find the terms and conditions that say I can't cancel my membership, I was yelled at, given a wrong phone number, and hung up on when I asked for the woman who had raised her voice at me name. To be fair, I am getting the amount of my membership back from another fund, but AAA utterly failed to help me when I had a car problem and following up has been very difficult. I do no believe that they can legally refuse to cancel my membership if I'm not even asking for a refund. The contract is most likely an unenforceable adhesion contract. Edited to say: I have talked to multiple people at AAA, only the 2 people who health with my ling complaint were helpful. If AAA actually cared about customer satisfaction is wouldn't take so long and so many endless prompts to get to someone and the department wouldn't be so separated, nor would the terms and conditions be sad hard to find. AAA is a behemoth company that only cared about $. So, I'm not going to email another person to get the same response. If they really fated they could contact me through Yelp.

From the first meeting, Lorna was honest, presented many options, and worked hard to check all available prices. Even after we left the office, she sent along a lot of information so we could make our best choice. She ended up booking flights and the resort under budget, and we were incredibly happy with our trip. When we met with her to go over final plans and pick up our travel documents, she gave us a bottle of champagne and a card to congratulate us on our wedding... now that's customer service! This is our first time using a travel agent, because we feel like we can handle it on our own, but we really enjoyed working with Lorna and will return.

Little did I know that I had stumbled upon one of the best travel agencies I have ever used. Seriously. My first cruise was fabulous thanks to Linda. It was so great, I took an impromptu (we are talking I woke up and said "hey I wanna cruise right now) last minute decision. Not only did she book me on a wonderful 5 day getaway to Bermuda, but the upgrades and requests and travel time was brilliantly done. I literally just lacked my bags and went. I used her to book a vacation to Riviera Maya in Mexico. The absolute most beautiful vacation I have been on. Everything is seemless when I deal directly with Linda. I tell her what I want, where I want to go, how long and how much. She takes care of the rest. The only thing I have to worry about is getting to the airport to catch a flight. I have heard horror stories from some people about travel agencies and I am shocked. I didn't realize how lucky I was until I had heard about vacation nightmares that could have easily been prevented. I always recommend Linda. I have sent multiple people to her and they are also amazed. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has first class taste. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else! As a side, she has been working tirelessly on an upcoming vacation my boyfriend and I want to take. We provided a list of 4 places we wanted to go and she has emailed me multiple choices for each location. I receive emails at 8am and emails at 9 at night. She doesn't slow down, always thinking and always trying to make her clients happy. Truly a gem of a business!

I was given different quotes over the phone then surprised to find out when I got there that the cost or timeline was drastically different. This happened on multiple occasions, and instead of helping to fix it, the associate treated me like I was the problem while her manager stood there and did nothing to help while I questioned why I am repeatedly told one thing on the phone and another in person, never mind the 3 separate trips in to get the car fixed.
