In fact the Dr I met with was kind, then gave vague information and tried to up sell me on vague pointless treatments and will then work to crush you through billing any way they can. They seldom answer the phone. It took several calls for me to get ahold of someone, even to make an appointment. I spoke to May who claimed to be the office manager with my concerns. She stated that the owners did not care about the experiences of their patients and that she was there to be a buffer so they don't have to deal with it. In fact she stated that the owner was right behind her while she was yelling at me then hung up on me. Be aware, if you want sub par medical treatment and to be treated like an object without care, they are exactly what you are looking for! They figured out I've had several infections (Lyme, Epstein Barr, etc.), which other doctors had tested for, but they didn't use the right tests and so failed me just like all the other doctors failed me (I'm pretty upset at our healthcare industry if you couldn't tell). I'm still going to the clinic to help rehabilitate my poor body because after being sick for a lifetime, it's taking a bit more work to recover fully.
