So, I've been coming to this hookah bar since January 2021, and I've never had a problem until today. First off, the doors now open at 10:30p (even though we didn't actually get in until 10:37p and we were at the front of the line) previously , we were in and seated by 9:30... strike 2 was the fact that they tried to seat us at a worn chair. Third strike is that as soon as we were seated we were asked if we wanted a hookah, and then the guy proceeded to snap at us when waiting for payment, never asking us what flavor after receiving payment. I had to walk up to the kitchen myself to ensure we had a choice in flavor. Fourth strike is that the flavors were limited from the 21+ flavors they originally offered.... I'm not impressed by the recent change. Update : the same guy just made a pregnant woman move out of a section ... the audacity ! read more

Hookahs are actually pretty tasty. Get a mocha/vanilla/mint mix if you can. The owners are pretty aloof for the majority of the time. Granted I showed up on a Tuesday night at 6PM, but the staff slowly geared the place to be more inviting. Walking in, none of the lights were turned on. No music was playing until 20 minutes into our arrival. The "mood lighting" wasnt turned on until 90 minuets into our visit. The owners also will not tell you that they will charge for $3 water. I guess this place is OK for this neighborhood. Dont expect to be blown away by their service. read more

They charge $20 at the door and then once you get in they hit you for another $60 for a couch. As in 1 couch. So if you come in a group of more than 2 people you'll have to buy another couch. The couches fit Maybe 3 people at most, depending on the size the person. And if you request to get a new bowl of tobacco they hit you up for an additional $50. A One star review is a blessing for this place. I don't recommend anyone to come here. There are plenty of other hookah bars in the area to go to. We won't be coming back to this place. read more

This was a cool lounge to hang out at. It became too packed at some point tho. The Hookah was alright. It was ready very quick; however, they don't have enough staff to come check the Hookahs. Over packed! Sold us a hookah a pineapple head and sat us on the dance floor. Within 10 minutes of being there somebody knocked our hookah down. The place was beyond capacity. Paid 100 dollars in 20 minutes. I'm mad I have to give them a star. read more

There's a few reasons why I only have this place a 2 star rating. I came in before 10 which is supposed to be the time when you can get in for free. Around 9:45 pm, I walked up & was charged $10 to get in. Wasn't too upset about it so I just brushed it off even after I found out some people came in after me in our group for free. It's BYOB which is cool & everything but what was crazy to me is that they charged $4 for a cup with ice in it. And $20 for a bucket of ice for a table *doesn't include cups*. The DJ was decent enough. The customer service was subpar. We had to keep reminding multiple workers that we needed coal for our hookahs but I can definitely say that the hookah itself was pretty good. Overall It definitely wasn't worth $10 for the whole experience & I probably will never go back. read more

Ask about prices BEFORE paying the cover fee. Went on a Friday night with 3 other friends and everything was all good until we asked about the prices of the hookah. The "owner" was pretty aggressive and told us it would basically be $14 a person to sit there and also to drink the drink we bought. After realizing it might be a little too expensive for us, we politely asked for our money back, AFTER 5 MINUTES MIND YOU, and he refused to give it back to us. He told us to talk to some big guy about it and he just told us the prices again. After sitting there for about another MINUTE, we went to the big guy we were told to speak to and he told us that he can't do anything and to speak to the other guy. - WTH stop playing games - so we went back to him and there was a long argument about giving us our damn $10 back! Yes, it's a small amount, it's just the thought of that we were there for only 5 minutes, you could have had the courtesy to give us our money back. Like I said, ask about the prices before paying a cover so you know what you are getting yourself into. So two stars.....that's only because our server was the only saving grace. So the first issue started when we came and paid....they didn't have seating. They told us all those open seats were for a coming party. So you mean to tell me out of all the logical things you could've done, the logical thing was to continue to over accommodate with the room you don't have, instead of just simply saying you're at capacity. Anyways next they sit me and my party of 3 on a couch that didn't fit 3 like they stated (it would've been harder and longer to do a refund), which also should've been a sign as someone was asking to get a refund at the same time we arrived. The next event came when one of the workers (drawn on eyebrows) came with an attitude, asking me "so you're not going to pay...*I didnt understand the end as the music was loud. I asked her what was she talking about and the whole time another worker was standing with her and finally told her she had the wrong person and pointed her to the right person. Mind you, she had been standing there the whole time and could've told her. And neither had the decency to apologize. And our poor server was the saving grace, covering for their horrible coworkers who were rude to her as well. And the final thing is they nickel and dime you for everything...I mean EVERYTHING. They tried to switch up the 2 dollar bottle of water and try to charge 5 dollars instead, and they also had our ticket completely wrong and overcharged. They may have BYOB (4.00 per person to drink) but you can't bring any cups, which they charge you for and the ice, straw etc. Plus the DJ was great, but I don't think I'd come back unless they do some major adjustments. The DJ was amazing but the location nickel and dimed you for everything. We had a party of 30, they REQUIRED us to buy 4 hookahs at $30 each. The cost to get in was $14 if you byob, a cup with ice was $4 and juice, sodas and red bull was $4-$5 . they tried to overcharge us and very ready to get confrontational just cuz we questioned our bill. Terrible! Terrible customer service, terrible atmosphere, terrible crowd, terrible music. The worst! We came here because we didn't feel like going to Carrollton to go to Xshisha. Came in and it was dead. The bouncer said it would pick up. Well in an hour it hadn't. We asked THREE TIMES for them to change our coals. Everywhere else they change them on their own. Here we never even got ours changed, after constantly asking and being told "ok we're coming". Then there was either a giant roach or a small mouse and the manager swears they don't have pests. Yeah right. It's hookah not drugs, I'm not hallucinating. Two table saw it. Needless to say we left and will never be back. Horrible customer service! We went for a party that was supposed to be free before 10pm. We got to the door and it was $10. We get with the rest of our party and none of them paid to get in. When asked why we had wristbands, the guy that delivered the ice told us it was to distinguish the people who had got in after 10pm. I look at my phone and it was 9:45pm. They lied about when they started to charge. That same guy who gave us the ice gets in front of the guy who charged us and says "Oh he can charge whatever he wants." This is place is great. It's a hookah bar with a Dj. They play good hip hop music and other types of music too depending on the day. The staff is awesome and friendly. Everytime I come here the experience gets worst and worst!!!! Doors doesn't open now until 10:30pm!!!! Even though the website says 6:30pm! The price to get in has gone up now is $20! Not to mention they put reserved signs everywhere because they want you to pay more money and to be seated you have to purchase 2 hookahs NOT one but TWO!!!! The price of one hookah is now $50 used yo be $40 which was reasonable but now it's just ridiculous!!!!!! So you have to pay $100 to sit down basically!!!! So off top be prepared to spend $120 to get in and sit pretty! And ALL THE COUCHES ARE OLD AND BROKEN AND DAMAGE! Cups is $5 ,They don't come back to check the hookahs in a timely matter either so be prepared! Then not to mention some of my friends went to the bathroom and I was telling them their in the bathroom and the owner called his workers to start cleaning up where we was after I told him they coming back! Then a few minutes later they came up to my group after 2 hours of us being there trying to say we didn't pay knowing damn well we paid we was like one of the first big groups there! I really had a blast at this place last night. It is off of Beltline in a shopping center. I searched Yelp and Facebook to find a hookah spot close to Arlington that had a DJ. We arrived and the place was pretty empty, but I noticed the DJ was playing good music. It is clean. The furniture is not run down and the employees are very nice and accomodating. It is BYOB. The hookah is great and I can't wait to go back with a group of people. This place just opened and a lot of people don't know about it yet. I had fun dancing on the dance floor and by the end of the night, we moved everyone to our table and took Fireball shots for the rest of the night. Lol! I met some great people. The owner is very nice. He actually made coffee for us at the end of the night and we sat and had a great discussion about how we can bring in more people. Meesa or Meesha...I don't know how to spell his name, but he was very attentive to everyones needs and the DJ played all our request. Any music he didn't have, he downloaded it.
