I just felt like all the cared about was adding extra expense to an already expensive tow amount. They are not very flexible with helping you get your car back. I believe all they cared about is the money. It's sad, I hope someone finds a way to regulate towing fees.And hold towing company accountable to have to show evidence of why the vehicle was towed. it's a scary feeling to have your Car towed I thought it was stolen. read more

Everything could improve, i wish i could rate below one star because these people suck at everything and their job and their prices. I had multiple people i called for a quote which they provided for around 1,500 bucks to tow my truck which would've been totally fine. I then called Kind Towing to tow my truck which they never provided any sort of estimate or any quote and were adamant about towing my truck. It took them 9 minutes on the dot to tow the truck out of where it was which they still never asked for any paper work for me to sign or even a price of what it could be. They then drove off leaving me there without offering a ride to the lot where i had to call back and make them come and get me to take me to the lot. After we made it to the lot they then said it was going to be around 10,000 dollars for a 9 minute job. Where we did not pay and had to go through insurance where they are going to sue the F**k out of these guys . I can't wait to see the downfall of these slimy grimy people. So goodbye to king towing!!!! Also i then called today and got an answer from some rude person where i asked how much a gate fee is to get in and get my stuff where they tried charging me $395 per hour to grab my belongings. These people are disrespectful and disgusting human beings trying to scam young kids. Then they tried to say we are paying for 20 years of expertise. THIEVES, RUDE, NO INTEGRITY, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Do not use this company! They took advantage of an out of town 19 year old who was in distress and in need of towing assistance after avoiding hitting an unleashed dog who was with his owner. Without an estimate ( even though my son asked repeatedly, they began the towing process and loaded up the truck and began driving away leaving my son there with no ride. He had to call them, as they were driving away, and then they backed up to get him. My son kept asking what the cost would be, and it was only once the truck was loaded and they were on their was to the tow yard, that the driver gave us a verbal estimate, which was in the $1,500.00 range. Once at their tow yard, the driver proceeds to tell my son that the tow will be at least $10,000 if not more, and that he should just call his insurance company and not worry about it. The next morning my son called asking if he could collect some of my personal belongings, and they rudely told that he could, only after paying a $375 gate fee!! I will be doing everything in my power to shut them down!! This place needs to be stopped from their unlawful predatory practices! read more

For context: My car broke down in the middle of the highway and I luckily was able to pull over to a nearby gas station. I freaked out and did what everyone would do and called EVERYONE. My last resort was of course a tow truck. I've been told they are sketchy and try to scam you out of money. So hesitant I call, they were super responsive even at midnight, gave me good information on time of arrival and helped calm me down. Once the trucker arrived, he quickly loaded my car onto his truck and kindly let me ride along with him to a dealership an hour away. He was super kind, conversational, and helped distract me from the recent incident. He helped inform me how to move forward with fixing my car, and helped me drop it off with a dealership. Driving me home afterwards. Never once did I question their integrity, and at the end I was home safe knowing my car will make a swift repair the morning after. So grateful for kind companies for people stuck in a ruckus. If you are reading this companies reviews to see if you can trust them, YOU HAVE MY WORD, do it. Great customer service, but prepare to be taken to the cleaners. $400 for a 38 mile tow, which would be half that by other towing companies. This is how company owners get rich. called King Towing for a quote to tow my vehicle from my house to a mechanic shop. They asked me many questions including the vehicle type to be towed and quoted me $105. I called back and asked for a quote to a different shop and the driver told me it would be a little bit more. They towed my vehicle 9 miles further then the original shop and charged me $165 extra then the original quote. They didn't tell me this until we were at the mechanic shop with no option but to pay them. The total was $265 to tow my vehicle 21 miles. We called back to complain and ask for some of the money to be refunded. The driver didn't care that we were upset and refused to refund any money. I would not recommend this company, there are many in Loveland that are much more professional. read more

The ignition switch failed on my car while on a Sunday afternoon outing. My insurance company sent Another Towing to rescue me. The driver was a man named Mike. He spent about 20 minutes trying to help me, in case he could start the car so I could avoid being towed. It did have to be towed, and Mike was obviously very concerned and careful about loading my car- which was nose-in to a building, making it difficult to load. Since it couldn't be taken out of gear, that added to the difficulty. Mike obviously knew what he was doing, and did the job in careful steps to assure the safety of my vehicle. I very much appreciated the way he did the job. I would not hesitate to call on Mike again for assistance if ever needed. (They do need to hire a much more customer service-oriented dispatcher, though. When I called in the next day regarding the referral of a mechanic Mike had given me, the woman who answered was extremely unprofesional, curt and rude.) read more

Super unprofessional. Called and asked for assistance, the guy told me to send over my location and drop off address so I did, I waited for about an hour and called again to see if they were near or on their way at all I was sent voicemail time after time. The voicemail was full, I had no way of contacting them. After waiting for about 2.5 hours and still no reply I finally gave up and called another towing company. I had an unfortunate situation with my keys and a rental car and needed a tow back to DIA. Mitch showed up and had the car on the truck in no time and we all set off on the long drive to the airport. On the way I got to know more about Mitch and his friend, who owns King Towing, and I came to the conclusion that these guys are hard-working, honest, and really care about their customers. He stayed around while I was trying to get some answers from people at the location and didn't leave until he knew that there was a plan and I was taken care of. He made the best out of a bad situation and helped it become more manageable because of his contribution. Nobody ever wants to call a tow company, but if you need one, I would recommend King Towing to anyone. read more

My car broke down on I-25 this morning as I was on my way to work so I call my insurance for a towing company and they contacted this place(King Towing) at that time it was 8:30am and I was told they would be there in 45min. As I was being patient I finally called back at 11:55am to see what was going on, my insurance company told me that because the vehicle was unattended that it was not a priority from what King Towing told them. They told me that they would pick the car up in about another hour, 2 hours later at 1:55pm I called my insurance again and was told that King Towing had cancelled the pick up on my car WITHOUT calling my insurance to let them know. I am never going to use this company ever again and will be talking to all my friends and family letting them know to never use this company as well. This was very poor service not only that but when I called to talk to someone they were very disrespectful about the situation and told me that if my insurance would have paid more than it wouldn't have been a problem... good to know that no one matters to this company it just about the MONEY ASPECT!!!!
