They lied about everything. They said they did nothing got done when they said it was supposed to get done and nothing got fixed once I actually got in the car. They did everything five minutes before, I left the dealership for good on the seventh day. They told me they fixed the brake pads they were making a little bit of noise. They told me they fixed the possibility of a nail on the tire or something making it go flat. They told me they fixed the noise in, when I turned the heat up, it made a hovering noise making the car sound like it was a helicopter I picked the car up in a rain storm, so this is what they told me we fixed the tire issue that was no issue. We took the tire off. We took it off. We did a bubble test. There was no nothing in it this and the other thing they told me shaved the brakes down so they were good and they told me they were still making noise due to the fact that it was raining out so I went along with it. They also told me that there was nothing wrong with the heater so I said screw it just got in the car. I've had the car approximately three months. All the problems are still there., On my way home from Fall River or New Bedford came on before I even got home so I knew from them last week. Otherwise they come out of their mouth. They didn't fix $hit So I went to a Ford dealership in Plymouth very recently because I got sick of feeling the tire up every two days Plus, I had to get another part put on a plastic pot put on the bumper of my SUV so I asked him about the three issues. They said they could look at the tire today cause it was a safety issue or that day so she called down there. They call right back saying there was a huge nail going through the tire that they could put a patch on it that day that I would have to make an appointment to have the other two issues fixed. Do not go to any Empire Ford out in Fall River or New Bedford because they're a bunch of scammers and they're a bunch of slimy people who will do or say anything to take your money. They only want me test drive one car when this other dealership is telling me right now they will put me in any car on the lot., on top of that they forced me in the cosigner, which is other dealership is telling me I don't need do yourself a favor. Do not go to Empire Ford New Bedford. I don't know about the Hyundai dealership out there, but I'm sure it's connected to the other chain so I can't speak to them because I never stepped in there, I stepped in the other two occasions and it was pure mayhem.

When I reached out, the sales rep for online by the name of Kiana Rose emailed me back and said the car was available for the price of $56,640. I then called her and specifically asked for the MSRP. She again told me over the phone that it was $56,640. I said okay, you are 30miles away I'm on my way. She set up the appointment and I made my way down. I got with the sales man and when i said lets get the paperwork signed he said "Did she go over the price of the car with you?" i said yes, Full MSRP. He said nothing and we walked in to sign paperwork. The payment was $100 more than it should have been so I asked for the breakdown and thats when the finance manager came out and said the car was $2,500 more than MSRP. So after an hour, thats when i find out that i was lied to. I specifically asked if this was the case and was told MSRP by an online sales rep who should have known better. And when I confronted my sales consultant, his excuse was "I didnt know the price". WHAT?! Your my sales rep selling me the car and you don't know the price!? Needless to say I walked out. You want $2,500 more than MSRP then so be it. But do not lie to me to get me in the dealership just to tell me its $2,500 more. Shame on all of you. You guys are single handily part of the reason why people hate going to the dealership. Absolutely annoying and waste of my time. So i truly thank you Kiana for suckering me in to drive the 30miles there. You should be proud of your self. Again, only reason Im giving one star is because I was bait and switched to get to the dealership when they could have just told me via email or right when i got there. I show up about 15 minutes early, message him that I'm there and get no response. I wait about 30 minutes, call, and get sent to voicemail.
