I was paid off, and the case was closed. 2 years ago they're telling me that the car still belonged to me. And I owed $17000. It was a complete joke. The whole thing was settled by my insurance company. 2 years ago I tried telling them that over the phone, they hung up on me. I called the insurance company went back in my emails found all the letters, saying the car was a total loss went to my bank, found the check, showing it was paid off, called the insurance company they validated everything told me they would call the tow company. I got another letter in the mail from the tow company. I just try calling them again, told them. It would be rectified that they could call the insurance company or the insurance company would be in contact. But to please leave me out of it, they hung up on me again. That's okay. You can continue to contact me. I will take you to court and you will clearly lose your seventeen thousand dollars. Because I have more than enough evidence to show I don't own the car. If I go and pick up the car it would be actually illegal. Because I don't own it. Worst customer service i've ever seen.
