Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

Our first round we got a Chocolate Martini, French Martini, and their signature Blue Martini. The classic martinis come with the small shaker tableside so you get almost 1.5 servings. The French Martini had a slight upcharge for the chambord but at such a deep discount, it's worth it. Our second round was the Flower Drop martini and Pink Dragon. We did not have a bad cocktail and our server, Sarah, was phenomenal! Highly recommend the Blue Martini for a good drink and fun atmosphere!

However, what shocked us was that both servers assigned to us were new and had no idea about the menu. One of them couldn't even spell the menu items, and I had to dictate the spelling of each item. She didn't know what a flight was, and I had to explain it to her, even though it was mentioned in their bar menu. The restaurant/bar should provide proper training before hiring people. Our food order-taking was done by 8 pm. We waited for our food to arrive, only to get another surprise: the server forgot to write the table number with the food orders. So, she had to take everyone's order again at 8:05 pm. One of the ladies with us ordered a burrata salad, and it took 40 minutes to arrive because the server accidentally gave it to another party. While the food, drinks, and music were amazing, the service was horrendous. I can only say that I am never returning, nor will any of the ladies from our group.

This place was difficult to find because AT&T cellular is so bad that it takes forever for download/uploads at barely 1mps. If you get signal. 2nd of all if you have 40% battery the phone will almost die trying to pull signal and heat your phone up like a mini frying pan I had to shut it off twice to get a few photos. Headpinz /nemos cell signal isn't any better so in a matter of 3 hours my phone was at 0% then shut down. After driving the city gate blvd south then north we eventually got to the soccer fields. And find the cove Nextdoor to the man made walking lake. It's a nice area. The beers are priced for stadium/event pricing 3 bottles of Michelob ultra $18 yet it's just a park setting. Next to a lake. The large area wasn't very well planned in my opinion since the restrooms are on the back parking lot side of the cove. I'd imagine there would be a huge line if there was actually a soccer game going on. A Food service truck showed up at 3:15. And it didn't even open up, we ended up leaving 3:30 to have wings pizza and beer at the bowling alley. They have plenty of covered seating and table tennis along with 3 sets of pro ACL boards but the bags that were there were mismatched and not regulation weight. My guess is the original bags were slowly swapped for the mismatched bags that were left over during the past 3 years. They have a few options for draft beers along with a full liquor along with blended drinks available. But no snacks or food unless a food truck shows up and opens. If your park isn't offering any food or snacks I understand why people are bringing their own. Food 0/5 no food but a food truck arrives then doesn't open. Service 3/5 Ambiance 5/5 Location nice views of the lake plenty of parking. Walking trail around the lake Value. 2/5 It was worth the adventure to find a new place.
