I want to preface this by saying I have taken six months to think carefully about what I want to…read moresay. I used to trust Dr. Harris with my family's care, but my experience following a recent adjustment has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. After a routine adjustment in March, I suffered a stroke caused by a vertebral artery dissection--something the medical professionals treating me believe resulted from that adjustment. I have no family history or risk factors for stroke. I am only 35 years old, with a husband and five children, and the impact this has had on my health (mental and physical), independence, and family life has been life-altering. What's even more troubling is what followed the extremely painful neck adjustment. Dr. Harris performed stroke assessments immediately after the adjustment because of the pain it caused but failed to document this in my medical records. When I asked for a transparent explanation and a complete record of that visit, I was told I would not receive any further written communication. Despite our long-standing patient-provider relationship, my concerns were met with dismissal and a refusal to take responsibility or engage in meaningful conversation. This experience has been not only traumatic and life altering but deeply disappointing coming from someone I once trusted with my health. I share this in hopes that others will seriously consider both the risks involved and the response I received before seeking care here. Included photos of our emails conversations and a screenshot from mychart at St. Luke's. email me at kayshaweygandt@gmail.com to see screenshots it won't allow me to post them.

Absolutely DISGISTING false advertising and predatory behavior…read more They advertise a FREE first visit for pregnant women (this is Eric's wife writing the review) including a massage. There are other chiropractors in the TV that also offer a free first visit as advertising so not weird. They follow up 8 or 9 times to make sure you have all your paperwork filled out and will make it to the appointment on time, BUT when you arrive they charge $147 and change for this "free" appointment. I had to change my work schedule, get a babysitter, miss my daughter's soccer game, waste over an hour of my time driving back and forth, and wasted gas because of UNETHICAL business practices. I highly recommend entering a free massage and chiropractic appointment raffle at a Crunch location or buying a Groupon to Northside Chiropractic as they aren't a scam and the Dr's there are wonderful. I was promptly shown the door and told not to make a scene when I said I wouldn't be paying $147 for a 20 minute consultation that wouldn't even be including xrays (I'm pregnant!!) And that they were false advertising and that makes them liars. No wonder there were 5 staff members just standing around and NO clients. False advertising is bad enough- but to prey on pregnant women is a notch below...
