I called this guy in June to fix some wiring the batterie issues and water pump and flow issues they showed up quick installed my water pump but told me I had to get a rv batterie and that they couldn't do anything with wiring until I got that and to call them when I got it and they'd come finish it up i called for a week and a 1/2 after I got the battery and they never returned my call, but they charged me $1200 the day that they came and installed the water pump. That doesn't work this being the first time I've tried to use it. I would just like them to make it right. They were punctual on the service, but they didn't. Return my call, and they way overpriced me to install a water pump. That didn't work when I went to use it for the first time. It just hums, it doesn't pump any water. read more

I honestly don't know how much harder Doug could have worked for us. He came out right away . Diagnosed the problem. He went to get the parts needed for our 5th wheel, asked if we needed anything else food soda etc. He checked with hubby before he bought the parts because of the expense . He keep us apprised of ETA. Offered to hook our fridge up to his generator. Can't say enough good things about Kings RV service . He was also very polite and courteous. read more

I have a 5th wheel RV with some small issues. I set up an appointment for a Thursday. Doug called that morning and said he couldn't make the appointment. (To be fair he was getting married on that Saturday so I was surprised he set up the appointment at all. He said he tries to accommodate everyone and bit off more than he could chew. Okay no problem, it happens.) We set up an appointment for the following Thursday at 10am for an employee to come start the estimate. Thursday rolls around and no one shows up for a few hours. I text Doug around 1pm. At 3pm his employee calls me and says Doug forgot to tell him about the appointment. (Okay Doug is on his honeymoon, fair enough. I mean, I wouldn't remember work appointments the week leading up to my wedding and during my honeymoon probably either.) We're leaving to go camping at 5pm so I tell the guy we'll have to reschedule. I wait a few weeks, call Doug and leave a message. After a few days there is still no reply. I text Doug, no response after several days. I have my wife call Doug from her phone to see if he's just ignoring me for some reason. He answers right away and sets up an appointment for Thursday at 10am. He comes to the appointment! He checks out the issues I had and finds some problems and explains them to me. I agree with everything he's saying and I can totally see the problems with my own eyes. I don't feel like he was trying to deceive me at all on the repairs. He says he'll order the parts and we'll set something up for later. It's been like 3 weeks now and I've called and left messages and texted just to see where we are at and he never gets back to me. I get there might be supply issues going on but the guy has just ghosted me like 3 times now. I feel like he might do good work but I have been wrestling with him for 3 months just to talk to him and feel like it's just not worth it anymore. I also understand mobile repair guys don't like to do warranty work so I tell him I'll pay in cash and try to get the warranty company to reimburse me directly. He can even come out and we can deal with the warranty company on the clock so he's getting paid for any time he wastes dealing with them. I've tried to bend over backwards to make things easy for him and he just ignores me. I see from other reviews that seems to be one of the main issues ; just communication and good customer service. Met Doug working at the RV park we were in. Explained our situation and he fit us in. He and his brother were friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable about rear axles, brakes bearings etc, (I used to be a mechanic many years ago so this ain't my first rodeo) and he did right by me. We are back on the road thanks to Doug. For a guy working mobile out of a truck, on his back under your RV, without a complete shop and employees supporting him, he's doing a GREAT JOB. I don't know what the negative reviews are about, and whether or not there's validity, but I do know there are 2 sides to every story and all I can say is that I would definitely use Doug again. This man comes off at first very nice then when you see your rv that he supposedly fixed is not working anymore he turns into a completely angry person he ruined my wiring for my lights plus I paid him to waterproof my rv wich he guaranteed 5 years of no leaking and now my rv is ruined its leaked inside where my ac blows and its mold so bad we are getting sick and have to throw away my 15 thousand dollar trailer and if you ask him for him to fix it he immediately makes you feel uncomfortable and makes you mad at him and then he uses this to not honor his warranty please believe what I say this guy is dangerous and won't honor his work read more

We had no power in our RV so I called and Doug came out right away which was great! He replaced the battery, filled the propane tanks and was able to get us power and heat! Well that was short lived it stopped working again! My sisters boyfriend came out and is Pissed- he feels the jack he replaced the electric one with is a cheap $50.00 Walmart unit and feels that he took advantage of us and didn't really fix the entire issue for the $800.00 he charged us.... I called Doug, & we made arrangements for the following day (Saturday) to get the estimate for the repairs. If I chose to not use them for the repairs, The following business day (Monday) the crew performed the needed repairs. In 8.5 hours they had the repairs completed. I ALMOST didn't call King's after reading the reviews here. I'm glad I did call them! Other places wanted as much as $500.oo just to come out & quote me for repairing the roof leak! If I chose not to use that place, I still had to pay the %500.00 service fee for receiving a repair quote! Those other places then wanted to add the same "Service call" fee to come back to do the work, on top of the hourly rate for the work! That's $1,000.00 on top of the repair bills! I felt I was treated fairly by King's with this repair, & won't hesitate to call them back if I need future repairs. read more

I wish I could give him zero stars. Told us multiple times that he would be over to recaulk our RV. Did more damage than we had before. Unfortunately we paid him and never heard back. Stay far away!!! read more

Doug did an excellent job repairing our new fifth wheel. He was on time, courteous, and efficient. He could have turned the job into a bigger, more expensive repair than it needed, but he diagnosed that the problem was in fact simpler and cheaper to repair. Very grateful. read more

Doug came out promptly to fix my furnace in December. Long story short, it was determined a new switch was needed and he said he would order one and file a claim with my warranty company. He took my money, never ordered the part or called the warranty company leaving out in cold. Wont answer calls. Terrible customer service and lousy technician. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Had this guy come check out my a/c because it stopped working during the hottest day western Washington has ever seen. After a quick inspection (not sure what exactly he inspected) he tells me that my a/c unit is completely shot and needs replacement as well as telling me the roof was soft and quoted me to repair/replace. Apparently checking the circuit breaker for the a/c wasn't part of the inspection. After noticing the breaker was tripped, a simple reset and my "completely shot" a/c works absolutely fine. Do not use this guy. If he thinks he can pull one over on you, he absolutely will. read more

I had you come replace a sewer drain valve on my motorhome months ago. Ran water and it leaked so bad. Have it being repaired and a couple screws weren't even tight, the flange is now cracked from where he took something to pry it apart to get the old one out and new one in. There are even dents where he used something to pry it apart. He was even saying how he was having a hard time getting the old valve out and the new one in. He totally broke and damaged the whole thing. After seeing the damaged and how unprofessional it was done I couldn't trust for you guys to come repair it. The repair shop fixing said it was almost impossible not to know it broke while it was being forced. The seals were even all twisted and not even where they were supposed to be because of being slid in when it was so tight. Now this easy repair has turned into major replacement. read more

I had Doug out to look at a problem with my motorhome. He spent an hour and a half diagnosing the problem. He collected his $$$ for the service call and told me he would order the parts and follow back up. After several weeks I checked back with him because I hadn't heard anything yet. He told me he was still waiting on parts, but everything was slow because of Covid 19. After another 6 weeks went by I still hadn't heard from him so I text him for an update. Our 43' Fifth wheel broke down on Sunday afternoon on Memorial Day Weekend. My husband was not able to do the repair himself as the bearings had melted to the axle.
