Our AC broke, and we were left sweltering for months before they finally bothered to repair it. Meanwhile, the wood around the property is rotting, and they don't seem to care one bit about maintaining anything. To make matters worse, the house was absolutely filthy when we moved in. It was clear no one had bothered to clean it beforehand. The floors are so dirty that even after multiple deep cleans, our socks turn black just walking from the living room to the kitchen. It's honestly disgusting and unacceptable. The level of neglect here is shocking, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. Avoid this group if you want anything resembling decent living conditions!
