However, I had some trouble getting someone over the phone as did my cosigner and her references. The breaking point was when one of their representatives lied to me, telling me that my application was denied due to them not being able to get in touch with my cosigner's personal references. Now, being denied isn't the issue, but the dishonesty about something I can easily check just by asking around is unacceptable. I don't recommend renting through this company, I wouldn't trust them to be honest with you either.

This constitutes a breach of trust and may be a criminal offense but at the very least we will be pursuing this in civil court if our money is not refunded.

The refund for the deposit insurance was made late, and they even sent it to the address of the house they rented to us.
