Our A/C stopped working suddenly so we contacted Hunter in Ardmore to get it checked out…read more Submitting the ticket on line was easy and they even chatted with me on line to get the visit lined up. Our service technician Andrew arrived on time and was extremely professional. After hearing our description of the issue he let us know he could probably have it up and running very quickly. Within 10 minutes he confirmed the problem and provided us a quote for the work. Andrew began the work immediately and was done in about 20 minutes with the system back up and running perfectly! We can't say enough how much we appreciate how Hunter Super Tech's have continued to support our needs with professional, polite & friendly staff from the schedulers to the technicians. We transitioned from an aged Geothermal unit to a Heat Pump system as well as had an Air Scrubber installed. Jorge made sure customer service & satisfaction was priority. From our deciding what unit to go with through to the finished install, Jorge was readily available for our questions/concerns. His team of techs worked hard and diligently the entire time. We appreciated so much that when the install extended into the evening on an extremely hot day, the techs stayed on sight, Jorge included, to make sure we'd have AC. Utilizing Hunter Super Techs has been a great experience for us!

After my husband died I had to move and happened on a great deal for a house. Downside....the only…read moresources of heat are a wood burning stove and space heaters and the only a/c comes from window units. I got quotes (or attempted to get quotes) from several other companies. Without exception, every other company was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than TLCS. I'm not talking a few hundred dollars more either....I'm talking thousands. Additionally, every interaction was amazing. Not only are the people who work in their office friendly and helpful, but so is their after hours answering service. At every turn they make sure that you know they value you as a customer, which simply can not be said for some of the other companies in the area (like Swink....they made sure I felt like they specifically didn't want my business). I really only hope that the next time I need to install a ductless mini-split or central air system I live within their service area...because they are hands down the best!

Integrity Home Comfort Solutions are my go to guys from now on…read more After my heat and air conditioning was ready to retire I called these guys to come see what I needed to do. They were efficient, clean and professional. They very methodically analyzed my heat and air conditioning, wrote a detailed list for me, and explained options very clear and precise, so that I could understand what I was paying for. My heat and air conditioning had leaked for years which had rotted out all of the wood around the unit. I decided since I was changing out the system anyhow to go ahead and move it to a more convenient spot in the house. I would like to insert right here that their carpentry skills equal their heat and air skills. They did everything needed to redirect my system from foundation to the roof, I was very impressed with these guys. One thing I really appreciated about them they didn't try to up-sale me on all kinds of things that I didn't need. I have found a local gem; they were fast, professional and courteous, and to top it off they do great work. I will definitely be giving "Integrity home comfort solutions" my business from here on out. Keep up the great work Brian, Dewayne and team.

I called at 8:00 a.m. in mid May after discovering our A/C had stopped working overnight. I was…read moretold a technician would arrive sometime before 6:00 p.m., but to our surprise he arrived before noon. The service technician, Jammy, was knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and had our system running again in less than 45 minutes. We paid the quoted amount (which seemed a little high but everything is these days) and were very pleased with both the service and having cold air again. Unfortunately, the billing experience afterward was confusing and extremely frustrating. Later that afternoon, I received an invoice via email showing a balance that was $120 less than what we had already paid. When my husband called to ask about the discrepancy, he was told we were OVERcharged that morning and that they would send the tech back by to exchange our original check for a new one reflecting the lower amount. The technician never returned to exchange the checks, and two days later our original check was cashed. We called again and was told we would be issued a refund that would be mailed to us (that we never received). The next week we began receiving emails and text messages stating that we owed an additional $120. After MULTIPLE phone calls trying to sort things out and MULTIPLE explanations for all of the discrepancies, I finally spoke with the head of accounts receivable. I was then told that the original invoice had actually UNDERcharged us by approximately 50%, and that the company had decided not to pursue the additional amount because of all the confusion surrounding the billing. The repair itself was excellent, and Jammy provided prompt, professional service. However, the billing process was disorganized and irritating and because of that, we probably will not use again.
