From exceptional professionalism to recommending the best and reliable vendors this Hall will not disappoint. They offer packages to fit your needs and guide you every step of the way. ***Update. We attempted to resolve this by explaining our point over and over. She sent a…read morescreenshot saying there is a $450 fee for extra time. That is not listed anywhere on our contract we signed. We have reviewed the contract over and over and no mention of a $450-500 fee. (A hidden fee by this business). Also, she insists that the party bus with the Quinciañera and her court arriving early is not her fault and that's considered early arrival to the venue, granted it is not her fault, but we had a verbal agreement and permission to have them arrive early to her coffee shop next door. Our guest, the Quinciañera and her court were not inside the venue early as she keeps saying to justify her crooked actions. The only people who arrived at 5:20pm were my husband and I to set up the dessert table (which we could not set up the day before obviously) and also edible pieces on the main tables as party favors. Therefore, party hosts beware, if you book this venue, you will be charged extra time $500 to arrive even 40 minutes early, to do any finishing touches or set up last minute items. She agrees to your arrival but does not specify that it is considered additional time. All venues in my experience, allow the hosts time before the event starts, the day of, to do any last minute things. This venue will bill you by keeping your deposit, and not even let you know until you ask about your money. Again, nothing but dishonesty and a scam. My husband and I are honest people, who pay for all and any service we get, but this nightmare, has been nothing but a money grab with endless excuses and not a trustworthy business. Please do not book here and take your money elsewhere!

I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial…read moreinformation, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn't want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn't afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment--and I'm so glad I did. At the time, we didn't have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn't pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food--and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table--such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair--much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake-cutting fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.

Next we went to see the train museum. It was so detailed and cute. Keep an eye out for the parts that move. There's a spot to step up on for the littlest to take a closer look. My toddler was still too small to see so I was carrying her around and a kind man brought out a stepping stool for her to stand up on. Last we went into the barn to see the horse and carriage. I didn't ask anyone "in charge" for info but, visited the art museum building and enjoyed speaking with the folks gathered to look at the art and chat. Enjoyed my time walking the grounds. I just don't know if the rules they have in place will work in our budget as the rental fee is a bit steep and doesn't even include chairs for a wedding ceremony at the gazebo lawn area. It also seems steep to have to secure one of their security people to serve a champagne toast. Those are logistics for our particular needs that don't effect this park as a whole. Bring out your visitors and the kiddos to explore!
