He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Boy, did we find the right person! I contacted several people, and Julie was the only one who took the time to write a personalized response (instead of the generic one I received from the others). She has extensive experience with food allergies and knew all about FODMAP. Several emails later, we had set up a time for an in-person meeting to go over everything. Julie took her time to explain everything to us. From food preferences, to what to expect each week, to payment, Julie was very thorough. She even walked through our kitchen to make sure she knew what items were missing and needed to bring. Every week she contacts us a few days before to ask us what we are craving. If we tell her to give suggestions, she happily obliges and her recommendations are always so enticing. She'll even research dishes that she is unfamiliar with and nails it on the first attempt.
