I went to King Country Trailer to purchase a dry van trailer I saw advertised on Truck Paper. Mike and I came to a deal at $19,000 OTD. I signed a purchase agreement for this amount that was itemized and showed a doc fee in the amount of $0. Not only did it take them a week to get an approval, when they sent over the paperwork it had a $495 doc fee, making the total $19,495. I asked them to remove the fee and honor the agreement that was made, and they refused. They stated that if I paid cash there would not be a doc fee, but because I was financing there would be a doc fee. This is illegal and cannot be done this way. Always love stopping here! They have clean showers and quick service. They have every part I could need and if they don't have it they will find it. Their road side service is the quickest I have seen. I call them any time I have a trailer down and they never fail me.
