"nope.. cant tell you, we have too many." ok... then tell me all of them. i'll wait. more under the breath snickers. is it because im a woman? is it because you plan on changing the prices and thats why you dont have pricing? i've had that happen to me with a carpet company, so i know the "screw the customer" game of refusing to give pricing. Even homedepot lists prices!!! they have millions of tiles too! horrible people. i called him out. i said.. "you think its funny that i am calling you to get tile for my house? why are you laughing at this attempt to make a large purchase?" more laughter! i hung up. Then some asshat called me back! i had zero interest to hear what some scammer wants to tell me. if they refuse to give a price, you can bet they are going to change prices and scam you later!!!! It was the best decision I've made in a long while. As another reviewer noted Audra also met me at the flooring shop and helped me pick out a lovely luxury vinyl plank and I am very happy with the results. Her husband Jeremy is also the lead installer and his crew was professional, punctual and spot on with their time estimate. Today, September 3, 2025 they are about to finish up. Obviously we were upset and Wayne simply hung the phone up! Who does that? Finally talked to owner who rescheduled some things and sent a crew out. Will update when job is completed. well it didn't get any better. Crew #2 came out. At first they appeared to know what they were doing. when they had the bulk of the floor down, they said they would finish when additional material came in. When we went upstairs, we discovered both a dresser drawer broken, and wooden pieces of what had been the dresser leg. Flooring was bubbled up due to debris underneath, Flooring was coming loose and falling off of the stairs. We were not happy! I contacted an independent contractor who stated it was the worst he had seen. I don't want any of the Griggs employees back. If you break something you should tell the owner.
