I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Can you believe the owner did it again? I'm in complete shock. All my spouse was given was 1 free…read moretee for the entire first batch of shirts not being right. But he's a forgiving and fair man and wanted to give this place a second chance (which was against my better judge ment) And once again the art work has been altered. I do not understand this guy. If he for what ever reason didn't have the proper color of ink he should of called n asked or told us. Not choose a color for us. And by the way this color was in other parts of the art work so he definitely had it. At this point I feel he's doing it on purpose. He has not told my hubby 3 times that I need to remove my reviews. And I will or would if he would just do us right. I feel like all the shirts need re made. And he can have back the ones that aren't right. I'm not complaining to get free stuff. I'm just tired of how people treat my husband. He's a good man who deserves the same as everyone else. Or does this guy have a habit of altering what you want printed? Seeing how he calls n texts you if you leave an honest review I'm sure that's why there's not more negative ones. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB as again I feel it's purpose now that's happened again. All I can do is hope he makes both orders right now. Had he just done this one right I was willing to over look the first incident. I even removed my original Google review pee his persistent request. And please do not screen shot this and send to my spouse. He's not my master and can't stop me from leaving an honest review. But you can. Make it right. That simple.

Just Sports is located in the beautiful Promenade at Casa Grande next to the Harkins movie…read moretheaters. It's very similar to your typical sports nuts stores that carry fan gear and collectibles. The customer service at Just Sports is great. I was always greeted immediately as I entered the store and they're always quick to offer help and answer any questions. Like most stores, their marketing and store displays are on point and very timely. The first time I went there during the World Series, they had a ton of Giants and Royals merchandise at the front of the store. The next time I visited was the weekend before the Superbowl and the window display was filled with both Patriots and Seahawks items. What I appreciate the most though, is that Just Sports sticks to their roots and carries a plethora of Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns and Sun Devils fan gear. The store itself is pretty small compared to the other stores in the Promenade and in general compared to other stores. Although they have a wide variety of merchandise, they're limited on what they have, probably because of their space. Most items are pricey as to be expected because you basically pay for the team name but they usually have a pretty decent sale/clearance rack. Although Just Sports isn't my first choice, it's always worth a stop for any sports lover.

Lindsey is a life saver…read more I got married in AZ and in lue of a gater toss I was going to retire my bachelor jersey. Found a place online and the jersey wasn't expected to arrive on time. So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. My best man caught the shirt and plans to toss it at his wedding.

I was on the phone with Outta PHX for only 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes, not only did they agree to complete my order for a Saturday pickup, they also redid the sticker design while I was on the phone in a MUCH better way than the original design the Michigan shop was going to print and somehow I got a text saying the order was ready same day. Absolutely saved the day! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with how they turned out! Thank you again Outta PHX, I STRONGLY recommend this business!
