For his first…read morevisit, he was here between 1-2 hours, diagnosed the issue, and told us he needed to buy the part to fix it. When he left, we realized he had completely scratched up our new hardwood floor. We asked him to fix that as well when he came back. He said he would come between 10-12 one day - We didn't get a text until after 12 saying he could come at 2, which we were not available. When he came back another day, he "fixed" the hardwood floor by using a brown marker to fill in where the scratches were. He then asked us how much he said he would charge us the time before, which was a little suspect that he didn't know how much to charge us. When he left, we also realized he had broken our nice towel - the button was torn off and no longer hooks on our dishwasher. Unfortunately we will not be using this repair service again.
