Edward and Jacob are the best to work with. Our drinking water filters needed changing so I called them on a Saturday and they returned my call on Easter Sunday indicating that they could arrive that day. That's amazing!! They arrived on time and serviced the entire system. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about what's in the water that they drink. Joe Posey read more

Service is 5+ stars. We got a project for our drinking water system inside of the one of our investment properties. Dan was the one who assisted us with everthing. He explained the cost and scope, that's something I really appreciate, he was absolutely accurate and professional. System was installed just in 1 day, including water softening equipment. Running smooth and we really like it. I want to highly recommend kinetico to everyone who appreciate professional service and timely manner. read more

I first contacted Kinetico after I finished building my current home looking to install a whole-house Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. The system has been in place for over two years now and I couldn't be happier with the product or the services provided by Kinetico. They are always prompt to respond to any of my concerns and go above and beyond to ensure that the system functions optimally at all times. Edward epitomizes professionalism and his team members, Pavel and Dan, deserve much recognition for exceptional customer service. Thank you so much for what you do! read more

I have a Kinetico system in my home in Oakland and when moving to Ventura, decided to do the same here. I can't be more pleased with both systems, and the team in Los Angeles (and Oakland) is superb. Enjoyed working with Eddie and Dan. I am also talking with my son to put a system in his home. I have been a soft water user for over 12 years and would not have a home without it. The drinking water systems under the sink is a must have, as well. Kinetico is top of the line and customer service impeccable. read more

I am extremely satisfied with my reverse osmosis water system. Everyone at KInetico has been so helpful and their knowledge is amazing. --The BEST!! Edward set it all up for me and his staff was absolutely the best! I feel safe now drinking my water because it is now free of the nasty contaminates. I wanted to get this system for my Son who is a little over a year because I wanted the water to be the best it could be and I knew that getting KS Reverse Osmosis would be the answer. I am so happy with it and recommend you call Edward and get one for your home. You will be like me who wishes they got one years ago. Thank you! read more

After an unpleasant and annoying service call Alex phoned me personally to apologize for everything. He also explained why things were happening. THAT is what is good customer service. It's a shame that the first voice you hear on the other end of the phone is the impression you get of the service you'll experience. I will add more to this review once the service has been completed. read more

When searching for a company to install a whole house water filter, softener and reverse osmosis system I read many reviews of different companies. They were all the same: service was great at the point of purchase and installation but after that, most all reviews were very negative on the post purchase customer service. One company stood apart: Kinetico. The team at Kinetico is knowledgeable, courteous, timely and a pleasure. The product is just as great. read more

We had a whole house water softening and purification system installed a year ago and it was the best decision we made. After using the system for a year I can say the kinetico system works very well and our water tastes great. We use the water for drinking, cooking, and even our puppy gets to drink this water. Our coffee tastes great, the water is better tasting than most bottled waters and we have peace of mind that our water is clean. Best of all the customer services excellent. The kinetico team is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend their systems. read more

Kinetico Water Systems by Basic Technology - Great soft water installation. - Water Purification Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I've had my softener system and RO for over a year now. Amazing quality and reliability. Engineered like a fighter jet in precision and confidence. Makes the other brands seem like toys and the long full warranty says it all. So I upgraded the RO to the K5 and can have better water at home on tap than the local highly acclaimed water store tests at. With some of the worst water in So. Cal. At 600+ PPM, it puts out 0. Jacob is great at explaining the benefits and installs with extra care and squeaky clean dressing like it's his own. Alex was great fitting the right configuration for our home and budget. Don't think twice about it and the long endurance and performance is worth your extra investment. Take it with you or add value to your home. You won't regret it! read more

Moved to Pasadena and wanted to set up a whole home filter and water softener. Talked to 4-5 businesses and Alex, Paul and Jacob at Kinetico were great. They've followed up with us twice, once to come check everything and make adjustments. Really happy we went with Kinetico. read more

Impressive service. Edward met us at our home on a Sunday to show us the various options available to us and explained things thoroughly through his presentation and demonstration. He was very accommodating in fulfilling what we were looking for and went above our expectations. He schedule the work based on our timelines. We schedule the work for the following Saturday. On Friday, Paul came to our house to inspect the location and setup. Wow! How many people do you know that would do that. Paul inspected the location and reviewed what would happen the next day. On Saturday, Paul called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He did a fantastic job installing the systems both outside and inside. He literally spent all day on the site and meticulously went about doing an A+ job. Very impressed with the work and professionalism. Highly recommend the sales and installation process. I will follow up once I have a real-life experience with the system with a follow-up review. Hopefully all will work as expected and advertised. Thanks Edward and Paul. read more

Installed our drinking system K5 model last week. Overall, really like the system and the service. The system we get is the most expensive one. They could work out a finance plan, which we got our monthly payment to $42/month. The water taste soft, if you like Evan water or Fuji water, that's kinda the taste you will get. Alex is our sales guy, he really cares about his customer, and make sure we get all the service done in a timely manner and professional. Very knowledgeable person. I would like to give a thumbs up to them. read more

We are extremely happy with the purchase of our Kinetico system. We went for the whole package - the K5 Drinking system and the Whole House filter with all the add-ons. We love Kinetico!! Jacob and the rest of the Kinetico crew are nothing short of fantastic. I researched water purification systems for months. I sat through multiple presentations from Culligan, the Costco water people, and others. We chose to go with Kinetico because they were clearly the best. They offer an excellent product, the best warranty, and exceptional service. Jacob and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure our whole house water filtration system and softener as well as our reverse osmosis system are operating exactly as they should. Install went seamlessly. Pricing was and is transparent. I recommend Kinetico to all our family and friends. We couldn't be happier. read more

We recently had a whole house water filter installed. Alex was very knowledgeable and patient while testing our water and explaining the different reasons to have the filter and how we were being impacted by the water. After the filter was installed we asked him to come back a week later to test and confirm the water filter was working as intended and he happily did. Honestly, I'm shocked that most people just accept the water that comes out of tap as being good enough for their families. read more

WOW! I am extremely impressed with this company, and the customer service that comes with the product! First off, they came to my house, educated me thoroughly on water softeners.....and came by two days later to install. Then, they call every few months to check in on me, and see how my family loves the water softener. There are a lot of water softener companies to choose from out there.
